There rooms was muggy and horrible. The first night we stayed it wasn't that hot because the temperature outside was cool by the time we got there so we didn't notice the air not doing its job. The next day I don't know what happen but I was drenching sweat. I ended up going to buy a fan in the middle of night so I could get some sleep. We had planned on getting another room once we knew for sure that the air work, we also asked about accommodations as in a refund or discount on next room and told them what happen. They were very rude and very unhelpful, asked to speak to a manager multiple times and kept being denied until I finally got upset . Then they refused any further reseverstaions. Which I believe was in retaliation to my complaints . Renting here I just want you to know is everything online is false. There pool is not open, we didn't have air and we also didn't have a working phone. HORRIBLE DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE NOWHERE ELSE.

One of the most horrible hotel experiences I have ever seen. Very dirty, dirty towels, moldy bathroom and air vents, felt like it could have been a jail cell, but worst. Has a nasty musty smell.

Wirst experience ever!

This is parhetic! No fridge or nicrowave as advertised because we booked online, had roaches crawling about the room, and the room was beyond shabby with damaged furnishings and the most uncomfortable beds i have had the misfortune of sleeping on. We lost power to the air conditioning and outlets on two separate days of our stay in ninety degree plus weather for 10 hours each occurrence. No accommodation or consideration given for any of the issues was offered. If you have children or are elderly do not stay here as it is simply unsafe. One of the outlets was hanging out of the wall and shocked my son when trying to charge his phone as the damage was concealed. It is not worth saving the small difference in price between this place and others in the area.

Hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. Flooring was cracked and i tripped over it so many times. The pictures make the room look alot bigger than it actually is. It's more like shoe box size and theres definitely people who live there full-time and are definitely druggies living there and its fealt very unsafe being there.
