Do you love to entertain? Welcome to this terrific 3-bedroom Blue Springs house retreat with a POOL! The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on the weather. There are 4 bathrooms. There is a queen sofa bed and a futon in the family room. Guests will feel right at home! Enjoy the fantastic amenities like the pool, expansive backyard, projection screen TV, mini bar, air hockey table, dart board, pool table, and a walkout basement with furnished patio. A park, walking trail, pond, and basketball court are right outside the back gate. WiFi, AC, queen size air mattress, and a washer and dryer are available during your stay. I'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at my place.

This was my first time even doing VRBO and I was so disappointed. The house was completely dirty, items left in the fridge from previous tenant. Trash left in the bathrooms. Internet was not working I communicated with the host and she pretty much in so many words was like oh well and told me to keep trying to reset the device. The house was freezing could only adjust temporarily because it was connected to WiFi which was not working and the battery was low. I really should get compensated for at least one day because this was the worst experience. My sons birthday didn’t go as planned

Overall nice place to stay for a short weekend and a great price. The pool was amazing, and the theater downstairs was wonderful for our movie night. Beth was SO EASY to work with. She was easy to contact and quick to respond. A couple of issues we had were that the fridge had an odor, I think due to old condiments. Beth allowed us to throw them out if we pleased. There were only three garbage bags for the kitchen. Knowing we had 12 people, I thought there would be more. The floor and furniture underneath need a good cleaning. We wanted a calm and easy-going weekend by a pool, and we were able to have that with this place!

Perfect Family Getaway: A Home Away From Homezz zzz-zz zz;;

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible home, and it truly provided the perfect space for our family get-together. The property was roomy and offered an abundance of activities that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The hosts were absolutely fantastic; their communication was top-notch, and they were always available to answer any questions we had or assist us with anything we needed. My family couldn't stop talking about how much fun we had and how much we enjoyed the house.The pictures online don't do this beautiful home justice! This home is lovely, and the owners have put a great deal of thought into every detail to ensure their guests' happiness and comfort. Essentially, the owners thought of everything to ensure their guests' happiness. I could go on and on, but I would 1000% stay here again. I cannot thank Beth and her family enough for opening their home to my family and allowing us to enjoy all that their house had to offer. They even checked on us after our stay to make sure we had a great time.

What we loved: great communication with owner, master shower was AMAZING with good hot water, kids loved the pool, game/tv room, good location to grocery stores, utilized the washer and dryer, good size fridge, TVs in all areas, easy check in and out process, comfortable AC on the hot days, good amount of size for 4 adults and 2 kids to be comfortable.Feedback shared with the utmost respect: Only drawback would be cleanliness. In general but especially at its price point, the home would benefit greatly by a good cleaning and fresh, clean coat of paint on the walls and trim. The home shows nice but is dirty once in it. There were fruit flies and ants when we arrived, corners and under vanity areas in the home with a good amount of dead insects on the floor or in traps or just dirty in general.I understand the owner just began in her Vrbo journey and she lives in the home as well - I am sure she’s already working on a plan for this. Lots to like in this place - thank you for sharing your home with us!

Birthday celebration

Found this beautiful home with all the accommodations I was looking for, pool, pool table, theater, very spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and communication was easy with the owner. I love that they also allow small parties as several of my family members in town wanted to stop by with well wishes. We will definitely book again and send this rental suggestion to friends and family as well!!!!! Beautiful place.
