What I didn't like about this property was that the noise level coming through the walls and ceiling above didn't allow me to rest well. The person sleeping next to me thought it was my room making the noise. She stated this when I saw her in the hallway the next morning, but I let her know it wasn't my room, and I had heard it too.

I stayed for 2 nights with my grandkids and they loved it. Beautiful grounds with nature trails, park setting and play areas. The inside/outside pool was a big hit. Great breakfast with many hot food choices. We have stayed here before and it’s our #1 choice for a quick trip.

Hidden Gem

This hidden gem boasts a wonderful location and a fantastic staff. The Tesla destination chargers are a huge plus, and the waterfall creates a wonderful ambiance at night.

We planned ahead in May 2025 by reserving 3 rooms for the Cornhusker football game in KC on September 28. We traveled to the hotel and, upon arrival, were informed that they had cancelled two of our rooms. One staff member said it was because of "maintenance", another claims it was because they couldn't reach us to confirm (we were traveling to the hotel when they tried). Besides, what's the point of a credit card secured reservation if I had to then confirm 2 hours before arriving that I'd be there? In truth, they had a lobby full of people all on a waiting list for cancellations. My $220/night rate was less than their $600/night rate so I suspect our rooms were taken away and given to them. The staff then tried to placate me by booking us rooms at a nearby hotel and telling us (literally) how "lucky" we were that they didn't select a different hotel to send us to that was "infested with cockroaches". In that attempt to get rid of us, they failed to account for the number of people in our party (including 3 people over 70 years old and one pregnant woman) and so 3 people had no beds to sleep in and were forced to drive home 3 hours away at 2:00 am. What's more? I wasn't the only one they did it to. As we were preparing to leave to drive home, they were just then informing another party that their room had been given away as well. As long as I live, I will never stay at this property (or any other associated with them) again and I encourage others to the same.
