Modern and Clean Rooms, Great Location

I stayed with my 2 kids. Our room had a king and a rollaway that was already setup. The rooms are modern and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. The hotel lobby is on floor 26, so all rooms are on a high floor. The breakfast is also very good with a variety of sweet and savory options. The hotel is next to a huge train station, Sinagawa, making it very easy to access all parts of the city. We could hear some noise from the trains, but it did not interfere with our sleep.

The Strings Hotel is incredibly convenient, not only to Shinagawa Station but to an Atre department store and quite a few good restaurants in neighboring buildings. Comfortable spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet.

Excellent service especially in the club lounge. Personnel at all restaurants made you feel important and very welcomed. Only set back was the toiletries were like 3 star hotels ( I was very disappointed).

I stayed at this hotel every time I visited Tokyo. I was fully satisfied this time as well. This hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from Shinagawa station where you can catch the Shin-Kansen train to access other famous tourist cities in Japan. The hotel room was super clean and bed were so comfortable. In addition, all hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation fee would be more pricey than other "standard" hotels but I'm 100% sure that you can get more than you pay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was very close to the train station and one of the reasons we picked it. The room were nice although some of the windows overlook other quest room so it was a little intrusive in privacy.The gym was a little small. Overall are stay was nice and it was a good value.

Stay at the Strings!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The accomodations as well as the convienance to the train station were great! The room was nice and spacious. There is a 7/11, and a coffee shop and some shopping close by. And again, being connected to the Shinagawa station is EXTREMELY convenient. I highly recommend the Strings for your stay in Tokyo. Hands down!

Very convenient location but Shinagawa is a crowded station with subpar dining and shopping by Tokyo standards. The hotel is nice and the king bed is especially good. But the room is a bit small and there's also no pool.

Rooms are right above train so noise was a bit annoying. Location is amazing. Very convenient as train station is right outside hotel entrance. Hotel is also part of train and shopping complex with drug store and restaurants. Hotel room was not very clean. Dry old toothpaste left on sink counter. Hair strands on bed after room was cleaned.
