Amazing food, there were tons of places to choose from we didnt have time to try them all! Beautiful clean rooms, lots of amazing staff that care about making you happy. The butlers were so friendly and very eager to help. I had an awesome massage and the spa is clean and has a great ambiance. Spectacular resort, very clean and clearly very well kept. My stay at TRS Yucatán was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible butlers Belén, Christian, and Alex, especially Belén and Christian. Belén and Christian went above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued from the moment I arrived. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with grace, efficiency, and a smile. They are the kind of people who turn a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Their dedication and passion for what they do are rare and deserve special recognition. Alex was also wonderful and consistently helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and contributing to the overall feeling of comfort and ease throughout my stay. As for TRS Yucatán, this resort is the definition of luxury done right. The property is stunning, the food is excellent, the service is seamless, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. Every detail feels intentional, and the adults-only experience creates a perfect balance of elegance and fun. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I owe much of that to Belén and Christian. They are absolute gems and a credit to the TRS Yucatán brand. I cannot wait to return.

It was our first time at a TRS and we loved it! The food was excellent, the people go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the property was HUGE! We went to multiple pools throughout the day and all of them had a different vibe! We enjoyed being able to visit the connecting resorts as well and saw lots of Coatis and Iguanas!

We booked 5 nights during September. It was our first time at this resort and we definitely give it five stars. It was exactly what we love. Great service. Delicious food. Amazing drinks. We personally don’t need a party scene. We need relaxation with some light entertainment. Options to pool activities were available but it wasn’t disruptive to the relaxing atmosphere. The resort is part of a “campus” as we like to call it so the added bonus is being able to access all other facilities. For those who enjoy morning walks/runs, this place was excellent for it. A few shoutouts for those who provided top notch service. Kelly was our receptionist & we greatly appreciated how helpful she was. No annoying upselling of any services. She reviewed all available options and allowed us to accept/decline without being aggressively persistent. We had great conversation with her and it really set the tone on the start of our trip. Ana was our absolute favorite server. We met her and basically followed her schedule to where she would be. Our favorite place for breakfast was Helios and every morning there was the best thanks to Ana. A big thank you to the staff at Helios who made my fiancé’s birthday breakfast extra special! Thank you to Carlos at El Gaucho who made our special dinner delightful. This was our first time experiencing a special detail on behalf of Expedia! We had a nicely decorated dinner table with a thank you card. Estefani, Jesus, Jose & Luis by infinity pool 10/10 service!

We had roaches in our room, the food was terrible and the buffet at every resort was basic. Minimal options. The pool is very boring. Hardly any entertainment the entertainment team comes out for a quick 30 min pool workout then they take the speaker and leave. The tequila tasting and sushi making extremely boring. I am shocked this place gets such rave reviews. We did the spa and it was so unorganized. I was disappointed at every turn. There was a wait for every restaurant even at breakfast. Why do ppl come here??

WARNING: Violent incident & zero safety response My daughters and I have been visiting Mexico for years — more than 20 trips. We have always felt safe here… until our stay at TRS Yucatán. On December 5th, 2025, a terrified young woman came running into the lobby area near our villa. She had tears streaming down her face, bite marks, and a ripped dress. Her attacker chased her and then violently pounded on our door trying to force his way in while we sheltered her in our room. We called the front desk 20+ times begging for help. We were put on hold. We were hung up on. We were ignored. One of my daughters had to run barefoot through the jungle screaming for help for 20 minutes before anyone responded. When security finally arrived, instead of offering protection, they: • Blamed the victim • Asked if the attacker was her “boyfriend” — as if that excused the assault • Told her she must have been the cause of it • Pressured her to return to the same room as her attacker • Threatened US with being arrested for trying to help her It gets worse… Around 3:00 AM, the resort forced the victim to leave — alone, without her phone, still traumatized after being attacked. No medical care, no support, and no safety. Just discarded like an inconvenience. This resort advertises luxury and safety — but when a woman needed help the most, they chose convenience over humanity. We spent the rest of our trip shaken, checking doors all night, afraid to sleep.

The staff are what make this resort! They are friendly, courteous and very hard working. Some that stood out for us were Eugenio at Whitesands Buffets (thank you for the Spanish lessons), Lourdes at Helios, Mario the photographer, Alan at Portofino, Gabriela, Marco & Omar at Tentazione, the butlers in Building 71 and the wonderful hostesses at Helios! Our room was well kept by both the daytime and nighttime staff. We cannot thank you all enough.

Everything about the hotel is outstanding. The staff are incredible and can't do enough for you. One thing I didn't realise before booking, is that the beach is actually attached to one of the sister hotels. Its about a 5-10 minute walk away and not as serene as quiet as the photos would suggest. Still stunning nonetheless.

I am not normally attracted to large resorts. TRS is one of multiple hotels under the Palladium group. However they lay out of the property and the use of the natural landscape meant it never felt crowded. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. It is a truly all inclusive deal with only a small number of items to pay for. The Chic show and bingo show were fun and well produced. The break and lunch options including buffets were very good. The restaurants were a little mixed. The inifinity pool was for us the outstanding feature. Overall had a lovely trip

My husband and I went to TRS for our honeymoon and we truly had the time of our lives. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore. The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants). The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! And for the biggest strength of TRS - the employees.The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Julian in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail! Julian at capricho, Oscar at tentazione, and David at boheme each went above and beyond for us, making us feel so cared for! The drivers were so warm and helpful too! TRS was a 20/10!

Staff, rooms, food and facilities were excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. The Butlers were also great, anything we needed they got for us. We had a small leak in our toilet, told the Butler and it was fixed by the time we returned from breakfast. We upgraded to the private pool thinking we had privacy, that is not the case. Our neighbors to the left and right as well as the people above us and on the walking path in front of us could easily see in. We visited 4 pools, and our private pool was by far the coldest. My wife did not get in and I did not see anyone using theirs. We expected some walking, but on average it was a half mile one way to get where we wanted to go. The beach was .4 miles, pretty rocky but clean and easy access to restrooms, food and drink, and it was not too crowded.
