The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean with awesome harbor view. The location is good within walking distance to the music Hall and the pier 2 art center. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

I have been staying at the hotel every time I come for business for the past 15+ years. It seems as though the bathrooms need a makeover. There is grout falling out of the tiles in addition, the have stopped supplying amenities such as disposable razors, q-tips etc… everything else is good.
