We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The host is a five star communicator. Went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and good to go. The villa is at the best location. You are a short stroll away from the beach that isn’t packed, yet is perfect for any age. The distance to shops, cafes and restaurants is a short walk away. We brought 2 teenage girls with us and they absolutely loved it. If that doesn’t speak volumes, about this place then nothing will! Book this place. You will not regret. Rather you’ll start planning the next time you’ll be staying there. That’s what we’re doing!

Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home in Hawaii to us! We created lasting memories! Your home was perfectly setup. We loved the kitchen and it had everything we needed eating choices on the patio, at the dining table, or on the stools at the counter were great. We really appreciated all the bath towels as well as the pool towels. The beds were very comfortable and the cans in each room were perfect. Having a vacuum, mop, and laundry facilities in the room made it easy to keep everything clean which brings peace for me on a trip. The facilities were also great, nice bbqs, toddler pool was a huge hit and the lagoon perfect and very quiet compared to neighboring properties.If I was searching for something that would have improved the stay, although really not necessary, would be softer comforter/top quilt on the beds. Many times throughout the week Iwas simply grateful for all the ways you made your home so well appointed for an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful Villa

Renting this Villa was amazing. After another booking cancelled our stay just one week before our trip, we found this, and let me say, I know it made our trip much BETTER! The pictures were accurate and it was beautiful inside with a view of the pool off of the patio. We would definitely stay here again and suggest it to others too! Everything was wonderful!

The location is ideal, featuring outstanding swimming areas and picturesque beaches right on the premises, along with a selection of swimming pools and hot tubs. The suite was elegantly designed, equipped with high-end appliances, comfortable seating, and inviting dining spaces, complemented by a spacious balcony perfect for savoring morning coffees or enjoying evening cocktails. Our host was exceptional, readily available to address any inquiries that came up.

Great property

What a wonderful property! Stayed with our 3 teen/college age kids. Size of unit was perfect. We mainly were at the beach but coffee on the lanai every morning, waking up to the birds was fantastic. There were chairs, a wagon, and beach towels which were so helpful as we boring the stuff down to the beach. Beach was not crowded and we could always find a spot. Beach bar was nice and the sunsets every evening at 6p were to die for! Only drawback was that the echo of the other people in the morning on their lanais— but you get used to it and everyone is very respectful. Would definitely book again at the same location! ELI our host was so nice and ALWAYS super communicative. Having a host that responds immediately is so important and I give him 5 stars!!

A wonderful family vacation

Perfect family location

We had a very memorable and relaxing 8 night stay here. Eli is such a great host and we found everything to be perfect for our family of four. The place is well supplied and kitchen makes it easy to prep some meals. There’s a blender, rice cooker, toaster. It’s all been thought of. Our favorite was lounging in the lanai and feeling the breeze. My kids loved the pools and the beach lagoons are just a quick 5-10 minute walk away. Thank you Eli for being super helpful and checking in with us before our trip!

Beautiful stay

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Near plenty of convienent stores and great restaurants. Great kitchen with all the items to cook with. The stay has all the beach essentials such as chairs, coolers, wagon and beach toys! Short walk to a beautiful calm cove, great for anyone of any age!!! Fabulous- celebrating family together again!

The property was just as described but words can’t begin to describe how perfect this place was for our family. We took advantage of all the conveniences the property had to offer including the beach gear the pool the hot tubs the walking paths the near by restaurants and shopping options. Property was perfect for our family vacation and communication with owner was seamless. We recently spent eight nights at this property, and it was amazing! Beautiful location, with plenty to do, and enough nearby restaurants to choose from walking distance from the property. Magical Vacation - Relaxation, Rejuvenation

My husband, son and I stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko'Olina for 9 nights/10 days and we were loving every minute of our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything a family would need (beach wagon, beach chairs, camp chairs, cooler, etc.). We loved having the lagoon right outside the beach villas as well as two beautiful pools on the property. We loved our stay and can't wait to get back to the condo!

AMAZING Stay!

Ko Olina Beach Villas is the perfect spot. 3 minutes from Starbucks, 10 minutes from craft coffee, Target and Costco, 30 Minutes from Honolulu, 45 minutes to North Shore. It's quiet but family friendly, and a pleasant stroll along the water to any number of excellent restaurants at Marriot and Four Seasons. The unit was impeccable, and way more than we expected. The tiniest details have been considered, down to chopsticks and corkscrews, as well as a full complement of beach accessories. Eli was a great host - we received a personal phone call before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed, and the Beach Villas staff were beyond amazing as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful unit in a great location.

Wow this place is nice! My whole family was comfortable in the condo, everything was nice, clean, and well-kept. The lagoon was perfect for my kids to play in along with the pools. The surrounding area is great to walk to with a little store and shops. This was perfect for our family! Oh and the deck, we spent a lot of time out there eating and relaxing.
