Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flat-screen TV in the living room.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed for a restful night's sleep. Two further sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room.



Behind the house there is a private car parking space and a shared storage room for bicycles.
