Foxen pool villa is a unique designer's villa, brought up in the late 2009,
featuring spacious areas, made out of luxury materials blending in the lush green scenery of Sani forest area in Halkidiki giving out a unique vibe in your holidays as they should be!
The villa is fully private, with a great big garden, swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, big living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc, all areas with A/C and satellite wifi, to ensure a stress free vacation!

Located in a fenced group of properties, Foxen villa is the only one that is currently used, so for the total of your stay you will be in an area with no other people ensuring a ''full privacy'' during your stay.
Sani is in 1.8km distance which can be done in under 5 minutes by car.
Entering Sani you will find beach bar 'Anemos' when you can relax by the sea with top service, you can also stroll around Sani marina visit the local shops, dine in the best restaurants of Halkidiki and drink your cocktails by the sea.
