It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness. It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted that I pay cash although I had booked the place using my credit card.
Quality of service has gone down a lot since the last visit but staff is helpful to rectify couple of issues we had in our rooms. Did not even provided water when having the meals and had to specifically ask for it. I will look for other available options if I have to book it again in the future. Bit disappointed about the overall experience.
Hotel staff were very good and helpful. Asanka is the man taking care of everybody. He was so good with us on all our request.
But hotel is okay. There were lot of bugs came into the room at night. Very scary and cannot sleep peacefully. Staff told us it is common this time of the year but hotel should spray some chemical to stop. Bugs were all over the room and washroom.
