I booked through the hotels.com app and when I arrived, they had no record of me and said it happens a lot when booked that way. It wasn’t their fault and they were great about getting me a room right away. The room was alright. It was clean where it needed to be, but the bathroom smelled quite badly and I had to keep the door shut the entire time. I was only here for two nights, and the staff was helpful.
