High property. Very modern. Loved the laundry service. Everything about the condo was nice. The lights going on with motion was different. In the middle of the night the lights would turn on and off on their own which made for sleeping interesting. Location was not always known by the cab companies. Good all around.

Great stay at Jason's villa

Our stay here was great. Nice, large, clean space able to accommodate a large group. We were initially concerned with the 9pm noise rule, but realized that we could basically act normal and have fun without holding back (considering there were 7 of us on vacation) with no issues. Jason was very responsive to all questions. The property is under construction, but there was no noise from it. The ability to rent scooters without a deposit or passport was awesome. Highly recommend taking a scooter around beautiful Phuket. No better way to see the island.

We absolutely loved our stay at this large villa. Extremely clean. Jason is a great host. Jason was quick to respond to any questions. Great place for a family

My family with kids, teens, parents, and grandparents loved staying here. Anytime we had a question or request such as checking in early or getting a driver from the airport, it was so easy to ask and get a response. The home is beautiful and well kept. Would recommend and would stay again!

Super villa

Villa magnifique très bien équipé et sécurisé point très important pour moi. Gros gros point sur l’hôte Jason, qui est une personnes à l’écoute et adorable comme j’en ai rarement rencontré! Son staff sur place pareil, super sympa et toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour que votre séjour ce passe bien. N’hésitez pas si vous êtes de passage en Thaïlande. Villa à 10min de Patong en véhicule, il y a un 7eleven au bout de la rue.

Bon séjour

Séjour dans une très belle villa située à 15min de patong comme nous l'avions souhaité. Nous avons donc loué des scooters sur place par le propriétaire pour nous déplacer la semaine. Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques soucis pendant la semaine fuité d'eau scooter crevé mais indépendamment de la volonté du propriétaire, nous avons pu constater que pour chaque problème une personne était toujours réactif pour résoudre celui ci. Je recommande ce logement très spacieux situé au calme et proche à la fois de toute commodité.
