The cottage had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the water. We were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset over the lake on our first night, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Jennifer is a thoughtful and accommodating host who was easy to communicate with. She offered us thicker blankets in case it got chilly and even upgraded our cottage at no extra cost. Everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. Weâll definitely be returning!
Spectacuar sunsets, set in a very friendly, cottage community. The cabin itself was sufficient, but lacked heat, as the thermostat was broken. We were given a kerosene heater
The cabin was as expected, clean and cosy. It was the season of chilly nights but the heater kept the cabin warm, during the warmer days we enjoyed the outdoor furniture and park across the road. The location is good, between Lindsay and Peterborough both of which we explored.
Jennifer was friendly and so nice she showed us our cabin and even upgeaded us vecasue it was such a cold night and gave us a cabin with a fire place to keep us warm. It was so thoughtful and kind. The beds were comfy and she even lit us a fire to sit by. There was a bbq there we used and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. We will definitely be back!
Tiny space but suited the two of usđ loved the free firewood for the communal fire pit. Unfortunately we experienced some bad weather but the tiny cottage kept us safe dry and warm during the storm.
