I love the staff and services but some corners of the room needs more attention for cleaning and a little more soundproofing for rooms as it was really hard in night we were able listen every sound coming from outside. But overall the interior i liked a lot and staff super friendly and helpful also i like the little notes written by the staff when we entered the room. 4.5 stars. Just a little improvement mentioned above.

The room was a good size and clean. Our front door was difficult to close as was the bathroom door. The bath tub was quite slippery and could be hazardous. The staff were accommodating and open to suggestions/ improvements.

nice stay overall

very nice and helpful staff, rooms are renovated, just bcos the rooms are facing the street, it was a bit noisy at night when police cars come by. breakfast was in Ricky's All Day Grill, free breakfast only offered pancake/toast, bacon/sausage, one glass of juice or unlimited coffee/tea. If they can add an egg option, that will be wonderful.

Definitely Recommended

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is clean and very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, you just need to ask. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again on future visits to Kelowna. The hotel is in a very convenient location for stores and restaurants and walkable to the lake. There is also a really nice outdoor pool to cool off in at the end of a day of sightseeing.

The pool is clean and well maintained. Perfect temperature. The washroom at the poolside is clean. The rooms are very clean nice smell. Excellent management. Excellent staff and excellent customer service. Gym is well equipped. Love the 2 tvs and 2 ac’s in the one bedroom suites. Great wifi. Excellent breakfast.

Accent inn Kelowna is a wonderful place. Tani at the front desk goes over and above with hospitality very welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness, pool, breakfast at Ricki’s free every morning. In a suite we love the closet. The 2 ac’s and two tv’s. One for the bedroom, one for the living room. Overall I Love Accent Inn. Tani needs a raise!!!
