The room furniture was shabby and worn and we had a Deluxe Lake view room. No shortage of staff but still experienced long wait times in the restraunt. The front desk was frequently unmanned with no way to summon help. The hotel prices are very high.

Cute place!

Had a great room with wonderful views, the bed was so comfortable, the party in the bar next door was very loud in the room (special event) but it did shut down at midnight. You could hear everything happening in the hallway, I imagine it would be a little chaotic in busy season
