Comfortable and convenient

Room had everything you really needed. Kitchen small but pretty well stocked. Good shower and comfortable bed. Small table and chairs too. Like the opportunity to request refreshment of coffee/towels without a full housekeeping choice.

Really disappointed in the room we received at your Sandman Hotel on April 6th to the 8th. I booked a room in the atrium witch I don't think we received. Thinking we would have the benefit of a elevator or a trolley to bring our luggage to the room seeing how we had a child under one which I specified. We had to climb a flight of stairs with all are belongings which was a lot seeing how we had an infant, at one point we bumped into a manager who helped us climb the stairs with our belongings because one of my bags burst trying to get them up the stairs, he helped us to our room 320, he was very nice. Children (baby) also need to have naps so it was really hard for her to sleep when there was a lot of construction going on as well. Hammering, nail guns, saws Etc, also I know you can't control it but the noise level outside was a little much at 5:00am in the morning, I was woken up with a garbage truck picking up the McDonald's garbage .l was told we were getting a newly renovated room, had no idea the renovations were still going on around us just a very inconvenient stay. I let the girl at the front desk know about our stay, she said she would let one of the managers know. I gave it time for a reply and nothing. Just very disappointed in the the kelowna Sandman

Room was not super clean. There was still old coffee in the coffee machine. Lights in the bathroom were very dusty. Overall a good stay, nice big one bedroom with kitchenette, and pull out sofa.
