Room was excellent, with tons of space. Views of the lake and lagoon. The cleaning staff had left the dishwasher full (clean) so a lot of the dishes we needed were eventually found in there. We had issues with one of the bathroom sinks being clogged which I called the front desk a few times to ask about along with other questions but could not reach anyone. At checkout, the staff said they were aware of the sink but that it just “drains slowly”… it was not draining at all. If aware, why not fix it? Overall a great stay & experience, just a few things that could have been dealt with.

Nice room, great hot tub. There are elements of the property that are just tired. Ie: bathroom sink had trouble draining. A few bathroom hooks look like they were ripped off the wall and stuck back on with glue, etc.

Everything has been fabulous in all of the units we have stayed in over the years for our Stay-cations. The front staff are warm/welcoming and units are comfortable with a home-like atmosphere. The location is great for walking around, going to shops, cafes/restaurants, local breweries, Prospera Place, art stores and the library.

This is an exceptional location, spacious and generally comfortable. The property is tired however and could use some upgrades. Kitchen had all basics and a few extras. Everything was generally quite clean. The beds however could have been more comfortable given the price of the suite. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
