The Luxe in Lower Village is a newly renovated, expertly curated 2 story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom chic, stylish downtown apartment. This space features a primary private suite with an ensuite and living area, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level, a spacious outdoor deck overlooking town with dining and a grill, fully equipped kitchen, heat and central AC, many travel amenities, and luxurious high-end design throughout every corner. The apartment is literal steps to desirable Dock Square!
The Luxe in Lower Village has been very thoughtfully laid out with guest experience as a top priority. The apartment is very stylish with bold artwork, decor, and wallpaper throughout - which is why its named `The Luxe` - the design is just that - luxurious!
As you enter the apartment from the exterior lighted deck steps, you enter into a sprawling apartment where every nook and cranny has been curated just for you. The kitchen, while small in size, is fully equipped with anything you may need during your stay. The kitchen, dining area, and living area are open concept so you never have to worry about being separated from your fellow travel companions. There is a smart TV for streaming as well.
Down the hall is one of the best features of this apartment - the private primary suite. With a separate door leading into the space, and 2 additional doors, this creates maximum privacy for a space to unwind with the queen canopy bedroom opening to its own living room with a smart tv for streaming, and a full bathroom with a shower.
Also on the first level is an additional queen bedroom with a full ensuite. Additionally, there is a 3rd full bathroom off the living room.
Upstairs, there are 2 queen bedrooms at opposite ends of the stairs for maximal space and privacy. Both rooms are light filled but also offer black out shades even on the skylights.
The apartment has both heat and central AC to keep you comfortable year-round. Every room has a luggage rack and wardrobe. Every bathroom comes stocked with shampoo/condition/body wash and hair dryers. The apartment also has a 2 in 1 washer and dryer for guests to use as needed with laundry detergent and a garment steamer. The kitchen comes fully stocked, and also has essentials like salt and pepper, cooking oil, and coffee with cream and sugar for the combo keurig that can brew drip coffee or k-cups.
Enjoy mornings sipping coffee basking in the sun, or evenings watching the sunset and the town happenings from the spacious deck that looks down into Dock Square.
With many different hang out areas, multi-level living, and extreme attention to detail with style/furnishings/amenities, and with the location (right across the street from the heart of Dock Square Downtown Kennebunkport, The Luxe is the ideal apartment to book your stay in Kennebunkport!
The entire apartment is yours to use, including your private deck. There are 2 reserved parking spots on site for guests. Possibility for additional spots either on site or within the parking lot adjacent if arranged prior with me.
I live locally and am always available should you need anything, but I also respect guests` privacy. I will follow your lead!
The apartment is located on a main road of town so there may be some ambient traffic noise.
This apartment requires multiple exterior deck steps to enter. It also has an interior staircase leading to a 3rd floor.
