When we arrived we were told the room I picked had been assigned to somebody else due to a las minute emergency and we were transferred to another room. We went to that room and the door was opened but it was okay. We would had preferred to be told before we arrived about those changes because we arrived late at night and very tired and it took some time to get to the room. Also, we didn’t have big towels only hand towels. Breakfast was good, friendly staff and clean room.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was so big and had a nice comfortable chair and a big desk. The check in was easy. The bed was comfortable and there was a big vanity in the bathroom so there was plenty of room for all my things. The included breakfast was a full breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bread and muffins - plenty and all very good. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working and I told the clerk on my way to breakfast. When I got back to my room there was a knock on the door and it was maintenance. He had already replaced my refrigerator with a new one and just wanted to be sure it was cold. Such service! And I enjoyed their nice and warm pool and hot tub. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if a I visit again.
