The Outpost Properties: Keno House

Welcome to The Outpost Properties: Keno House- A modern cabin experience. Nestled in the quiet woods of Keno, the home was thoughtfully built and designed by local artisans. The cabin features a stunning A frame ceiling that is a piece of art in itself. The windows expose the beautiful forest, creating an indoor/outdoor feel.

Our property is truly a work of art with no detail left out. Inside, clean modern lines meet eclectic art pieces, creating a space that feels both inspiring, playful and grounding.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for gathering around meals, while the deep soaking tub offers a private place to unwind. Step onto one of the many decks for yoga, laughter around the fire pit or dinner outside with friends and family. For those craving adventure, feel free to walk around the property. You just might see wild turkeys, or other forest creatures! The Klamath River is minutes away for fishing or paddling, trails wind nearby for hiking and biking, and Crater Lake National Park is an easy day trip.



There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms located downstairs:
Ensuite- Queen bed and bathroom attached. Bathroom includes a walk in shower, and deep soaking tub.
Room 1- Full sized bed
Hallway- Bathroom with a walk in shower
Two bedrooms and one bathroom located upstairs:
Bedroom 3- Full sized bed
Bedroom 4- Queen bed- Balcony attached.
Bathroom- Jack and Jill bathroom shared with two bedrooms.

-To access the property, you will need to drive up a short, gravel road. During the winter, the road may not be suitable for vehicles that do not have 4 wheel drive.
- The cabin is located in the woods. You may see woodsy creatures and insects on or around the property. Insects may fly into the home if the doors are left open.
- We would suggest getting groceries prior to your arrival as the nearest large grocery store is about 25 minutes.
- The home is located off the highway, though it still feels private.
- The windows to the downstairs living area are open and exposed with no curtains or blinds.

We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
Though the property is located in the woods, we ask that you be respectful and do not have parties.

No additional guests are allowed on site beyond whomever is listed on the reservation. Any additional guests must be authorized by the hosts.

Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party. Overnight visitors can be coordinated for an extra fee.

No dogs, cats and/or pets are allowed on the furniture. This includes bedding, couches, tables, etc. Guest must clean up the droppings of their dogs, cats and/or pets.

Guests are not allowed to use the indoor wood stove without approval.

Use of the outdoor fire pit is not allowed during fire season.

Please do not flush towelettes, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet.

Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside, including marijuana and vape. Please ensure cigarette butts are properly disposed of and be cautious of fire hazards during fire season.

-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The Outpost Properties: Keno House offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
