The pictures of the property were very deceiving as the room was not what we expected. The room was dark, old flithy carpet, room was old and outdated. The only positive thing was the bed, correctly shown in pictures was very nice and comfy.

Staff was friendly and the sheets and towels, sink and tub were clean. The carpet was disgraceful, however. Dirty and smelled musty and had blood spots and stains. The rest of the facility is old and is in serious need of an update or demolition. The back parking lot area had people “hanging out” and was seriously sketchy. I was worried for my vehicle. Not sure how a hotel chain like Wyndham would find a property in this condition acceptable.

Smelly and found quite a few stains around our 2 rooms on the furniture and bedding. The pool and hot tub was broken and not looking like it would be open any time soon. The front desk lady was lovely but aside from that it was not a great experience sadly

Very nice staff. The pool and hot tub were apparently out of commission forever. The beds, pillows and bathroom were great but the carpet was filthy. My kids socks were so black! Other then that it was an ok place to stay overnight for a really good price

The rooms were very clean and the stuff was friendly we were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the pool was under repairs and so we did not have access to it that would have made our experience that much better but overall I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel is run down and was not worth the $300 I spent for the night. The room looked clean but the old carpet and ripped shower curtain spoke to neglect. The walls are paper thin and there was garbage out in the hallway. The outdoor pool area was horrible and the pool wasn’t working. At the back of the hotel was a group of people that made us second guess if it was safe to leave our parked car. Do better Travelodge.

Pool was broken. There isn’t actually a restaurant… but a restaurant next door. Also in a very busy McDonald’s parking lot. Over priced for not a lot. Wouldn’t book there again

There was lots of hot water and the ceiling did not leak during last night’s rain. The carpets are worn out and very dirty, the room is dirty, the whole structure needs a huge investment to bring it up to current market standards.

Disgusting

This Hotel should not be even listed. When I went to complain this morning the reception desk kept saying "its the market.' Well first of all lets get the facts straight: #1 pool was closed, no notice on website #2 carpets filthy, shoes required #3 bathroom sink leaked into 2 drawers when running the sink. Top drawer full of water. "#4 noise unbelievable due to being located right next to outside door. People leaving at 5:30 a.m. onwards, was crazy. #5 I had no satisfaction on my complaints, only this is a different market! Really, we have just travelled from the West Coast to the East and this location was gross. We will not be using the Travellodge again as they don't acknowledge their clients "just the market!"
