I would highly recommend this property. We had a group of seven couples, and each got their own bedroom and bathroom. The property was clean, beautifully unique, and perfect for both the formal dinner we hosted as well as lots of spaces for casual hanging out. The outdoor space is beautiful and so inviting. While I understand the frustration that some people have expressed as it pertains to the 9 AM quiet hours, that is by order of Sonoma County, not this home owner. Communication was always quick and clear. The fact that you can walk to multiple wineries is a huge bonus. We also enjoyed hikes at the nearby State park every morning
which had everything from easy to really challenging routes, with great views as a payoff!

Lovely property! My extended family stayed here and had a lot of fun. Tons of space to hang out in, including pool, hot tub and patio made for a very pleasant space. The property is also walkable to wineries, restaurants and a coffee shop. Tons of things to do within few mins of driving. Would stay here again!

From start to finish the hosts were warm and friendly. The outdoor pool, fire pit and bacchi ball were fun... The kitchen was well stocked... the beds were comfortable. In walking distance is a wonderful coffee shop and lunch spot. Could not have hoped for more. 5-out-of-5.Two tips for travelers: (i) hanging wardrobe is limited in a few of the rooms; (ii) one of the beds upstairs is extraordinarily high so assign that room to a younger couple.

Wonderful property to accommodate our family group of 16. We had 7 young adults that used the 4 bedroom attached section and the five upstairs bedrooms in the main house accommodated the rest of us well. The outdoor amenities were great, the pool very much enjoyed. Only downside was the strict enforcement of no outside activity after 9 pm...

We’ve stayed at this property more than once. While the location is convenient and the check-in process is simple, both of our experiences have been marred by poor property upkeep and frustrating interactions with the management company.During our first stay, we were charged for a broken sink after checkout—even though there was no evidence we caused the damage and no attempt at a real conversation before assigning blame. We felt unfairly treated and dismissed.On our second stay in April, multiple windows in one of the bedrooms literally fell out. I had to leave an event I was hosting to meet a handyman at the property to get them fixed. He mentioned that the home is in disrepair and that he’s advised the property manager to replace several items, but nothing has been done. It seems the approach is to hold renters accountable for wear and tear, rather than investing in needed repairs.This property could be great with better upkeep and more reasonable, communicative management—but as it stands, we wouldn’t book again or recommend it.

The home itself was beautiful and generally clean, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. Location was great for our needs.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how the property manager handled a maintenance issue after our stay. A bathroom sink cracked, and despite there being no evidence we caused the damage, we were held fully responsible with no discussion or reasonable dialogue. The communication felt one-sided and dismissive, and we were not given the benefit of the doubt. It left us feeling unheard and unfairly treated, especially given the investment we made in staying there and booking future dates.This could have been a much better experience if the situation had been handled with more fairness and professionalism.

May 2025 Stay

Great place to celebrate family members birthdays and Mother’s Day. Excellent location in Sonoma County close to wineries and easy access to SFO and Santa Rosa Airports. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and two wine tasting rooms. Nice large fenced area with pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill and gathering area. We also enjoyed the covered front porch for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

GREAT PLACE FOR LARGE GROUP

I stayed here with 16 other gals and we had the best time!! It was perfect for a large group. Great location for wineries and trips into Sonoma or Glenwood. Host was great -- they got back to us immediately on any questions we had. We had a private chef come in one night and the kitchen was fabulous to cook in. Outdoor space is great. Place was super clean and lots of bathrooms which was key. Highly recommend!!

Great property for a group of 14. Wineries close walking distance. Everyone had a great time using the house the pool the hot tub the outside patio amazing. Cooked every night with all dishes and cookware available. Would definitely come back.

Wine country celebration.

Rented the property for a group of 12 for reunion/birthday celebration. Grounds were beautiful. We have plenty of room and even two empty bedrooms too early to use pool, but grounds had bocce and plenty of outdoor lounge space. Very well, equipped kitchen.Roughly 45 minute drive to our chosen wine tastings, which was easy to get to also in proximity to Armstrong redwoods. House was perfect for private chef,Aaron LeRoi, who used our facilities to cook an excellent meal. I would recommend for any large group and would stay again. We flew into SFO and rented a car. Had a stop in Sausalito for lunch on the way for our hour and a half drive to the property.

Great getaway

The property was very clean and supplied well with all of the essentials. It is a cute, historic property with an amazing outdoor space. The bocce ball court was a fun surprise. It is walkable to a great coffee shop, market and pizza pub as well as a few wineries. I am glad we booked here for our large group. Everyone had a great stay.

Gorgeous Family Friendly Retreat

Absolutely stunning historic property with balance of luxury hot tub, pool, outdoor BBQ area and a wholesome rustic feel of chickens in the backyard, a meditation walk, and abundant persimmon trees. Super close to Sonoma for a wedding. Living room stocked with board games for the kids, and modern kitchen with everything we needed.

65th Birthday Celebration

We were so impressed with Casa Bella. It was my 65th birthday and 19 of my close friends and family came to celebrate with me. Our stay was 4 nights from Sept. 6 through the 10th. The Estate had enough bedrooms for all of us to stay. The backyard is absolutely amazing with the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and the fire pit. It was our place to go after going to winieries and other activities during the day. I would recommend Casa Bella to everyone who has a large group. You won't be disappointed.
