This Place is nice! Price is great and the quality of rooms are good. Location is great! You have nature a few steps away and can get a good nights rest and sleep in the comfy beds. Wish the doors had screens for the mosquitoes because I really enjoyed leaving door open to hear the river and frogs but that’s not a big deal to knock off stars off the review. Front desk was also on it asking if there was anything that they could do just ask. Definitely recommend this place!

It was rustic, but we had a great room, with balcony & a beautiful view. Fireplace was great as it was very cold out. Enjoyed out 2 day visit! We will return!

Beautiful Location, calm and peaceful

We had a very good stay, the hotel is very charming, the location is awesome, great view and beautiful nature all around. Some little things could be improved, one of the pillow was super flat, the shower pressure really strong, a bit aggressive, and no silverware, only 2 mugs were available. But overall we were happy and would recommend this place. We had the king room with river view.

Nice “country” inn by the river in Kernville

Wonderful little Inn by the Kern River. It’s a bit rugged, but for the price was really nice. It’s a great place for travelers in the area that are looking for something that doesn’t feel like your traditional “corporate” franchise hotel. This is a local Inn with a nice country feel to it.
