Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and we were amazed pulling up to it. We heavily enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful views and space in the kitchen. Checking in was very easy! We would definitely stay at this home again but there are a few things that need attention. Both bathrooms downstairs need new curtains as they have yellow stains on them. One bedroom downstairs has a mattress that sags horribly in the middle. A pest control company would be very hopeful as we killed several spiders, earwigs, and yellow jackets inside the home. Although we had a bat get into our one bedroom at 5am management returned call within 20 minutes and was at the home shortly after to remove it. Great communication by management and a bottle of wine to enjoy. Despite some issues we would still recommend staying in this home!

What a View!

We enjoyed our stay at Enchanted Hill. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and very well appointed. The kitchen, outdoor deck, and view were our favorite parts. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked very well for the six of us. There were two comfortable rooms to sit or watch TV, and the large kitchen was very convenient. The house is in a private setting with much property, and sitting on the deck or in the hot tub was a joy. Communication with Linger Hospitality was timely and very easy.

Great all around place

Great house, and the views were spectacular. Relative ly probate as well with neighbors fairly far away across the street. The griddle in the outdoor kitchen didn’t work, and the pond has definitely seen better days. But overall the pictures are accurate. Kitchen was quite big and that made cooking a breeze. All in all, would say here again.

Wine Getaway

“Enchanted Hill“, was selected based on past reviews and location to the vast wineries located in the Finger Lakes. This was our third trip to the area, and this house did not disappoint. Beautiful home located on top of a hill with breathtaking views, the phots of the home don’t lie. Three large bedroom suites, which were very comfortable. Home is well maintained and well stocked. Hot tub located on the very large back deck along with a gas fire pit which we used every night. Linger Hospitality who maintains and services this home was outstanding. Had a small issue with the house temperature and a technician was sent over within an hour to resolve the issue. Highly recommended this for your next trip to the Finger Lakes.

Clean house, professionally maintained. Hosts are easy to talk to and aim to please.

Stayed in the house with my kids ranging from 2-15. Spacious and clean. Finger lakes is beautiful. Huge spacious yard and with fire pit and pond. Idyllic landscaping and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Strongly recommend and I would book again!

Great weeklong stay at Enchanted Hill

We stayed in this great home with our adult children for a week. The house itself is very comfortable and well located. We especially loved the fabulous view of the river valley out the back windows and from the back deck and hot tub. We had a few minor issues during the week, and the host company was very responsive in getting things taken care of quickly. We would definitely recommend this house.

Lovely property, breathtaking views

This house worked very well for three couples, giving us private rooms and baths, as well as comfortable shared spaces. The kitchen had full amenities for our meals. We did have problems initially with the AC and the outdoor grill, but the management company responded promptly and made necessary adjustments. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

Stayed New Years weekend with family and friends. We each had a king suite and beds were comfortable. Large living room, theatre room, great kitchen to cook and hang out in. Amazing view with hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed the location and views. However, the house itself was dirty. There was a yellow stain on the Master comforter upon our arrival, large stain on the Master floor by the fireplace. Also, we learned we needed to wash everything from the kitchen prior to using it as there was dried food, dust and even dirty paper towels found in bowls from the cabinets. It appears the house was once well loved when built and customized, however it is clear that not much love is put back in between guests. The deck is in need of upkeep, Master shower has mold in the grout and just general upkeep is needed. The TV wifi was not working upon arrival and took a long time for us to get it working. Also, due to the home being geothermal there is a musty smell throughout. Side note - they only have a keurig and we would have appreciated a regular coffee maker. The kitchen is very well stocked with small appliances and all things except for this. Overall we had a fun trip thanks to the Finger Lakes and friends but not necessarily thanks to the house.

Wonderful Rental Home

Location was convenient for visiting wineries, etc. but was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and as pictured—the house itself is beautiful and had anything a short-term renter could want! We have particularly loved the outdoor kitchen and the fact that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

Needed work

The house has amazing views and plenty of space for three couples. The property mgmt company provided a fantastic app/info about the property and surrounding area. The check in and out process was a breeze. Now the unfortunate part, i had to spend significant time texting the mgmt company. The hot tub was green upon arrival and did not maintain chemical consistency throughout our threen night stay. We are three hot tub owning couples and spending time soaking was a big reason we choose this property. The mgmt firm sent someone out quickly and he was great. The owner also sent over friends which ment we had three people on the deck for a good portion of our second morning. The hot water knob in the loft (dont expect privacy in the master bdrm, its an open loft over the living room) shower was broken and water leaked out of the shower all over our clothesnon the floor. The dryer didnt dry well so we spent a while doing that (had to run it multiple times). One of the downstair beds sagged in the middle so we kept having to roll back towards the edge at night. The propane was empty upon arrival and two chairs (one in the kitchen and the sofa outside) were broken and unusable. Lastly, there is a large picture/art on the wall that ripped out of the wall and fell. Fortunately it happened while we were sleeping and did not hurt anyone (the wall had multiple holes so this must have happened a few times. The anchor used is not rated for the weight of the picture).

Beautiful home with an even better view

A group of friends and I stayed in this beautiful home for a long girls weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and everything this property had to offer! The view is spectacular from the deck while enjoying a morning coffee, the kitchen has just about everything you would need to cook a delicious meal together, and the beds were by far some of the comfiest we've ever slept on. The property is in a perfect location too- just minutes from several wineries and hiking areas. The property manager was super responsive and helped us troubleshoot some minor things throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit the Keuka Lake region!
