Amazing property

Wonderful house, very well furnished and stocked for all of our needs. We loved the screened porch and beautifully landscaped yard. The heated pool was such a highlight for both the kids and grownups. The dock was perfect for our rental boat, and we saw manatees swim by in the canal :) We will definitely stay here again, our new favorite rental in KCB!

Great week in KCB

We had a great time in KCB. The house was as advertised and while small, it feels much bigger due to the great screen porch and pool area. Dock was perfect for our boat and the location gets you into the Gulf or Atlantic quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property

Would return to this property. Improvements, more thural property inspection - outside pool lights were not working, two bedroom light bulbs needed replacing, TV remote needed charging before accessing TV and finally water had to be added to the pool before the pool heater would work.

Amazing Stay

This is our 3rd year at Key Colony Beach, first at this unit. Highly recommend and we’ve already requested a week next year! The house is well appointed, kitchen is well stocked, ample storage space, clean, and the porch and pool were beyond our expectation. The owners truly thought of everything! Can’t wait to come back!

Fun family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying on this property! We enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing from the dock, and relaxing in the screened in porch. We even saw a manatee! The property was exactly as advertised and we will definitely be back!

Girls Getaway

My mom, my sister and I needed time away together. My dad passed away last year and he had said when he and I beat cancer we would do a trip to the keys because he had never been and I go frequently. We decided to go for his first birthday in heaven. It was a very therapeutic trip and this location was perfect. So calming and relaxing. We spent a lot of our time just hanging out at the house by the pool or in the beautiful screened in lanai! I definitely am keeping this house on my to return list!

Wonderful week in Marathon

Our week long stay at this cozy cottage was amazing! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We brought our boat with us and there was a public boat ramp just across the street from us that made it so easy to launch it and tie up to the house for the week. The area is very close to Vacay pass, which made for easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic waters. Pool was nice and outdoor area was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed walking down to Sunset Point to take in the beautiful sunsets. I would book this property again!

Key Colony Beach

We have come to Marathon for the past four years and this home is the winner so far. Great layout for bringing adult kids with us with a large screened lanai to hang out in and a beautiful pool and yard. The outdoor area was very relaxing and the dock and canal for our boat were great. We will be back.

Best we’ve ever rented!

We are frequent vacation home renters and I have to say that this home was probably the best we’ve ever rented! We’ve stayed in several other homes in the Marathon area and none were as nicely finished and equipped as this one was. The recently renovated home was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The dock area was well maintained we loved having our boat right out back. Other family members were renting a house 2 streets down, but the lovely pool area and screened porch in this home were the favorite hangout spots. Bluetooth speakers on the back porch were a nice touch. We would definitely rent this house again, thank you for a great vacation experience!

This house had everything we needed for our stay for lobster fishing.

The pool was a great asset for when we came back from long boat rides out on the ocean. Everything was great!! The only negative is that I would make sure house keeping vacuums under dresser and the beds, it seemed like they skip this for weeks... not good! Other than that everything was great and we would stay here again next year. Thank you! Best! Camille

Another great stay in paradise!

We were the very first renters of this property back in 2016. We had a great time then and the upgrades the owners have completed in the past year only made things even better! The new bed was fantastic! The remodel makes the interior work and the screened in porch adds another living area. The new furniture in the dining room - also very nice! Beautiful attention to detail.....

Our week in Key Colony was made perfect by this gem of a home. Every detail from the perfect kitchen layout with everything needed for cooking any kind of meal to the beautifully appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai, pool area, and well thought out landscaping . The owners clearly care about this special property. The price seemed a little high but it was worth every penny.

Awesome house

We have stayed in many houses in the keys over the past 17 years. This was one of the best. The owners clearly care about your comfort and amenities. Big wide canal, easy dockage, friendly neighbors. We absolutely loved the house.

Perfect family vacation!

This house was absolutely perfect! Heated pool, excellent location, immaculate interior and exterior. We visited with 3 adults, 2 boys and 2 small pups and couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. The back yard was perfect, We enjoyed the pool, comfortable loungers, umbrella and beautiful palm trees. The dock was perfect for our boat and the house was just a quick boat ride to the gulf or Atlantic. Each morning we had coffee on the couches in the screened in porch and watched the kids play. Everything was provided from pots and pans to laundry detergent, wine glasses to beach towels. This house made our vacation PERFECT!

We were not sure what to expect as this was our first trip to Marathon. The layout of this house and the pool area was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had 3 children and 4 adults and had plenty of room. The children loved the heated pool. We will definitely be back!
