House had everything!

We arrived and the house was pristine. There were bikes, paddle boards, literally everything we could need to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and appreciated all the coffee fixings. Our two families could not say enough how perfect the house was.

Best ever

Having utilized many VRBO properties, this is the top of the heap! It was equipped with virtually anything that you would need for a great family vacation. Linens were plentiful and the bedding and mattresses rivaled the best hotels. Couple all of this with the location
and you cannot find better. I will absolutely make plans to stay again
but longer!

Perfect location for our FLA national parks trip!

This rental has it all - private pool, kayak, paddle boards, pool toys. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire home was incredibly clean. It was the perfect spot for our family ranging in age from 2 - 67. Amazing indoor/outdoor living.

pristine perfection

This house has it all! Amazingly decorated and every amenity you could want. The garage is full of beach toys, pickle ball paddles, bikes, etc. Beds are super comfy. Great location! You can not go wrong!!

Beautiful vacation rental in Key Colony Beach

Property looks brand new, tastefully decorated, well appointed, spotless. Large master suite upstairs, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, dining table seats 10. Nice little pool, plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of games, plus blow up paddle boards, life jackets, kayak, bikes, helmets. Great dock area with plenty of space for 24 foot boat. We parked our trailer at city lot, which was no problem. Would not recommend bringing trailer to the house because it's difficult to turn around. No cul de sac at end of street. Note that the main living area with kitchen and dining table is upstairs. This was challenging with small children and guest with broken ankle.

Exceptional Property!!

The property was just as pictured in the listing. Immaculately clean upon arrival. I love that the house was stocked with beach towels and boat rags on top of bath linens. So nice not having to make beds upon arrival
lots of VRBOs at the beach supply linens but don’t put linens on the beds. Beautiful back yard with a gorgeous pool and patio. We made full use of the paddle boards, bikes, chess, and many other games that were supplied. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I had ever experienced in a VRBO. We used the air fryer on repeat and the ninjas. Would definitely stay here again!! My group of 9 enjoyed the week we wish we didn’t have to leave!!

Amazing Property in KCB

The house was absolutely stunning, fully renovated with a spacious fully loaded kitchen. The outside area was great with a small pool and large dock area with fish cleaning station, perfect for fishermen, especially those bringing their own boat. Check in and out was smooth and Meredith at Pineapple Properties was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall highly recommended!

Amazing vacation!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids (aged 8-13) and were very comfortable. We were blown away by all of the amenities. They had pretty much anything you could think of and incredibly organized. We were on paddleboards and the kayak in the canal pretty much every day. The canal was like living on a live aquarium. The kids would go looking for sharks every night and we would always see at least 1. 1 day a manatee came and hung out in front of us for over an hour. Key colony beach was an amazing place to stay and see. The house was a short walk to sunset beach, where we often walked down to see the spectacular sunsets. It was easy to go for runs, walks, bike rides. The garage was fully loaded with ping pong, life jackets for everyone, pool noodles, games, beach chairs, bikes, tennis and pickle ball rackets with balls, freezer and a large cooler you can travel with. We did get some bug bites at dusk/night when hanging out outside. The property manager was great and attentive to anything we needed. We all left thinking this was 1 of the greatest vacations we ever had and we just stayed at the house for many of the days. We would 100% go back to this house without any reservations.

This property was perfect for our large group that came and went over our month long stay. Everything we needed was available. House is very efficient / nice big bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space. Outdoor space by the canal was lovely.

This property was amazing - loved the house - it was stocked with everything - we especially loved the paddle boards and kayak, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, and ping pong table. The bikes were an added bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
