The room smelled very musty. Asked for a different room but never got one. Also must of been some type of hot water pipe just on the other side of the wall which made a loud knocking noise all night long sometimes as often as 10 seconds apart.

We paid an astronomical amount of money (over $800 a night) for a “resort.” The only “resort” thing about it was the $50 a day resort fee they charged for a property that basically has two pools, an over priced bar and a food truck. Our first floor room looked out at a parking lot where we had to walk through trees and shrubs to get to our room to avoid walking a far distance. Although we requested it each day, our room was not cleaned and we had to constantly call for towels and the trash to be taken out. The one event they had was open to the public and although we had to pay $15 a night to park, when we returned to the hotel from dinner, there were no parking spaces. The room was clean when we got there. I’ll give them that. It’s motel style, looks nothing like the photo and if you’re going to key west, for that money, stay somewhere closer to Duval Street or any of the attractions since parking on the streets is didficult.

The property at the resort is beautiful. Lots of fun games out by the pools - ping pong, bocce ball, corn hole, shuffle board, etc. Nice atmosphere and well-kept grounds.

The rooms was spotless. The staff was amazing. From the minute we checked in during our stay and check out they were always there and willing to help us with anything we needed. This place is a hidden gem. We spend Christmas in Keywest, Fl every year this will most likely be our go to spot!! Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful!!
