Location 5, management/check in
Property was centrally located to everything. Secure. Convenient. Cleanish. However, check in was a nightmare. Received a notification that check-in was available. We drove in and parked and unloaded all of our luggage and walked up the stairs only to find cleaning crew still there. Expressed my displeasure with the management via a phone call only to have a Richard call me back and threaten me and my family not being able to continue our stay at his location because I was frustrated and told his staff I may leave a poor review because of this . I asked for him to help us out in any way and all he wanted to do was use the one piece of power he had and try to force us to find a new place to stay. I let him finish venting and did not respond to him and told him we would check in and just deal with it. To him it didn't matter why or when we got the notification he was not willing to do anything for the customer. Other than that property was fine. Point is... Just don't be a Richard to customers who experience poor notifications from your company.
