Bienvenue dans notre condo confortable et charmant du 2Úme étage dans la section Shipyard de Truman Annex. Unité # 258 est un condo de 2 chambres 1 salle de bain décorée avec goût avec vue sur la piscine.
La chambre principale a un lit queen size et la 2Ăšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. La salle de bains remodelĂ©e avec une cabine de douche. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e s'ouvre sur le porche frontal qui donne sur la piscine. Can't beat location

The location was absolutely awesome. Right at the shared pool and walking distance to all the old wotne activities. Can't beat the location for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. We highly recommend this condo if you want to be close to everything Key West! Cannot wait to come back!

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect spot. It has every amenity you would need for a comfortable stay. Check in process was smooth and really enjoyed getting a call the week prior to check in to go over everything.

The perfect location

We stay in this complex every time we visit. You can walk everywhere you want to go. With this specific unit the pool is literally steps away and the front porch is a perfect location for sunrises over the pool area. All the pictures matched the reality. We were there two weeks and we plan on staying there again.

Nous n'utiliserons jamais plus VRBO et recommanderons de meme a nos proches.

Votre compagnie devrais etre amene en cour pour fraude et nous esperons pouvoir prendre contact avec d'autres qui ont ete leurres de meme. Les informations sur votre site web sont frauduleuse et vous etes sourds aux besoins de vos clients. Etant donne la situation desastreuse de ma plainte, je comprend mal que vous avez le manque de bon sens de meme m'envoyer ce courriel!! Nous avons l'intention de poursuivre notre creance contre vous.

The unit is always clean and if there are any issues, the maintenance team is always responsive. The owner upgraded the bathroom a few years ago and it now makes efficient use of the space especially with having pocket doors.

Truman Park is an excellent location (and a nice park in general) to watch the sunset if you don't want to walk to Mallory Square. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby and a short walk to Duval St entertainment, CVS and Walgreens, Fausto's Food Palace, Ft Zach Taylor beach.This is a great 2-bed, second floor unit overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed, and the back deck has a larger dining table and lounge chairs that aren't shown in the photo. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but nothing you can do about that. The unit is clean and comfortable; would stay in this unit again.

The Green Spot was nicely decorated and a great location with quick access to the pool. Easy walking distance to Fort Zachary, tasty restaurants, and of course classic Key West attractions. Comfortable for four adults. AC works well, YAY! Bath towels a plenty! Beach towels were included but we didn't see them until our last day. They were in one of the cabinets in the 2nd bedroom. Compass was very easy to work with.

A tad noisy but fine

Nice clean and well-appointed unit, kitchen v small but adequate for our use; it was a little noisy at times because it’s close to other units on two sides, but basically fine. Convenient location for downtown Key West.

Great Condo in Old Town

Great condo. Had everything you need to function. If I had to criticize it, the WiFi was slow at times and the A/C never cooled the condo any lower than 75 or so. I don’t like it really cold so that was fine with me, but other people may think it was too warm. Also, I don’t think the floors are washed often. We walked around barefoot all the time and our feet were quite dirty. Other than that, awesome location close to all the Old Town happenings!

Parking issue

Ad stated 2 parking spaces, and there was only one. We were to have friends stop by for the day, and parking is a problem in KeyWest
