The rooms were spacious and well appointed. There was ample parking. The pool was cold and half the loungers couldn’t be used. The bar staff were very rude. My husband wondered if one was racist but it turned out he was equally horrible to everyone. Nice live music. Breakfast was good. Liked the shuttle downtown.

The Hampton Inn Key West was close to the airport. It was safe and very quiet at night. They had a shuttle to Old Town that was very convenient.

Great Location. Staff was helpful and offered great recommendations. Rooms need alot more lighting, it was very dark in our room when the curtains were drawn. Unlimited free waterbottles at the front desk. Free breakfast was good. When stayed in a wheelchair accessible room we took a shower the floor flooded with water, needs better drainage. Free shuttle to town. Every night the people staying in the room above us, were stomping back and forth like elephants and dropping things. I asked the front desk if there was work being done above us and she just said no and did nothing to solve the issue and it happened again the 2nd nite.

Shuttle was great with Ocean views

Great way to end our extended Key West trip. We had to stay an extra night because of the wild fires. The free drink with resort credit was a perfect way to start the day or night. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle drivers were wonderful. The Italian restaurant around the corner was good. We had an ocean view on the balcony with chairs was a great way to start the day.

I'm not gonna lie the airport right next door is somewhat annoying but, the grounds were great. The room was clean. The staff was very attentive and the Concierge (Kristie) was amazing. Lots of options for transportation because you are not within walking distance of much. You're very secluded which IMO is a plus. Overall experience was excellent.

Beautiful location right across from the water and close to airport and a couple good restaurants super close! Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the shuttle staff. We loved the shuttle service and used it every day. Bathroom amenities were very small and the shower was super narrow and made it awkward to move around for an adult sized person. Bed and pillows were horrible could definitely use an upgrade!

Since the Hampton Inn is not within walking distance of Duval Street, it was nice to have a shuttle, even though they only take you to one place and drop you off or pick you up. Was glad that we could rent a golf cart from the resort to explore other places on our own. Their restaurant, the Cheekie Hut, is not up to standard. We tried 3 different times (there is only a couple of restaurants within walking distance), and their drinks are weak. The outside pool and surrounding area is wonderful! There are sufficient lounge chairs and the pool is very clean as is the entire outside area.

Very nice rooms and pool area. Convenient w trolly (but pricey) and shuttle. Only had 1 incident where shuttle didn’t show up downtown for pickup after waiting 1 hour. Finally called an uber and was not offered reimbursement, so lost $24 uber fee
