Room was amazing. VERY centered on drinking. But if that is your thing, they have a bus to bring you to the local bars and comp drinks. Weren't there long enough to get into the pool, but the room was absolutely amazing. View of the water from our balcony. Best place to enjoy coffee in the morning. Watch for the troublesome rooster who crowed at 830 am haha. Despite the bus coming back from the bars each hour, we never heard a thing (from outside or the hallways).

The staff was great! The grounds were beautiful. The food from the food truck was amazing! I felt like I was in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, our room 123 had a faint musty smell to it. Once we packed and got to the airport, we realized that the suitcase and jackets that were in the closet had a strong musty smell.

Fantastic vibes - I would definitely stay there again! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was beautiful, and breakfast was tasty. There were a few maintenance items in the room that need to be addressed, but the hotel seems to be refreshing all of the rooms so I imagine those things are being handled. One item of note is that we had difficulty with the shower in our room - the water temp would fluctuate during the shower (randomly becoming hotter and colder). Overall, I’ll definitely return!

The hotel atmosphere and the check-in service were good. However, it was impossible to rest. On Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th, starting at 8:00 a.m., there was excessive noise from carts in the hallways and staff moving boxes directly in front of the rooms. I have visited Key West many times and have never experienced a hotel doing work so early in the morning, not even near Duval Street where nightlife is common. What made it more frustrating is that later in the day, there was no work being done at all. Due to poor coordination, this hotel is not suitable for resting.

Room and property was super clean, all the poolside perks were so fun! Shuttle service was perfect! Food was great! Great Cuba Coffee! Staff was amazing! The only thing we would change would be the shower water pressure and the temp of the water (we like hot hot showers)! But overall would highly recommend and definitely return!

I would love to say it was a great place because the pictures on hotels.com looked amazing. It’s a renovated Days Inn and the rooms are really paper thin. You hear every neighbor around you and above you. The staff was remodeling a room next to us using a forklift at 8am. Zero sleep was acquired on the first night there. Went and bought a sound machine for second night. Free shuttle that runs downtown every hour was 15 mins late and we missed a tour we had tickets for. Booked a room over looking “garden area” and got a room by the parking lot with semi trucks idling at 7am. Pool, hot tub, patio, bar are great and really well done and renovated. The other things can’t be overlooked and for the price per night it was mentally and physically exhausting for what you get.

The sink in the room where we stayed stopped up, the shower wouldn't get warm. The room they moved us to the toilet started running, my husband had to fix it. The fees they charge are not worth the product received. The staff were very nice. The food from the food truck was mediocre and overpriced.
