Great friendly staff, nice clean room , AC works great Loved the gym it was clean and pool with bar area was a plus. Free shuttle to down town was very convenient We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it looked good . I would definitely recommend staying here

Everything was great except the extra charges. Got there 1 1/2 earlier hadoay to extra per day check in. There was another fee on the breakfast that was part of our package added. We did late check out it extra $25 an hour.

Did not like the fact that you are charged for services you dont use and you are charged to park at the hotel you are staying at. Overall stay was nice pool bar and pool are very nice bartender was excellent.

I had an enjoyable stay for the most part, however the coffee maker didn't work and had to be replaced. The replacement coffee was in the room no more than two minutes when a roach came crawling out of it. I was able to kill it. We did report this incident and everyone was shocked and alarmed. The rest of the trip went great until the last night when we didn't have any hot water and my boyfriend and I had to get cold showers. We reported no hot water after he took his shower and it was cold. He called the front desk personnel and they said they would send someone to check on it. The maintenance guy came in and checked that there was no hot water and said he was going to check the hot water heater. We waited for over an hour and heard nothing, so he called the front desk again, however this time the phone just rang and rang and rang. So, I went ahead and got a cold shower also. Upon checking out the next morning, I asked how I'm going to be compensated for the hot water, the front desk personnel told me that they are waving the resort fee for that night. On a good note, the concierge, Terry, was great. He helped us with all the excursions we wanted to do while in Key West and on the way back home.
