There are so many issues with this property. The television didn't work, the tile floors were filthy, no housekeeping service (we used the same towels for 5 days), the bathtub was not usable in the 2nd bathroom, the furniture is old and dated. For the money, it was very disappointing.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was wonderful. Lots of space and had everything you needed. Right across from the ocean. The grounds were beautifully kept.

Room was nice. From photos, I thought the property had direct beach access but it does not. Check in staff were pleasant. Guy trying to sell memberships made a couple of comments and assumptions that were offensive.

It’s not completely pristine…the room has some age…but for this price range very nice Next to the airport…def hear the planes…did not bother us at all (key west is relatively small…you hear the planes all over the island)…

The smaller guest room was warmer than the rest of the unit and the ceiling fan was broken too. Also the oven in the kitchen was broken. When I notified the front desk, all I got was "oh I'm sorry." No discount or compensation offered whatsoever. Be warned the airport is literally behind the resort and not a few minutes away as they make you think. Its very noisy.
