Room was great. Valet parking is a scam- $30/day and our car was parked at our door. Restaurant staff was great, loved the roosters and chickens hanging around. Asked for housekeeping one time during our stay and they never came. Manager said the front desk didn’t tell them so they brought us some towels. The two free drinks were not our choice (only sangria) so we didn’t get them. Beds were comfy and we loved sitting on the back porch!

Great for a relaxing weekend, quiet hotel not too far from the main tourist center. We love the shuttle service provided by the hotel and his driver Gerry who guided us in every short trips. The only advice to the hotel is to provide the housekeeping service everyday without being requested by the guest, we expected this service to be included since the hotel charged an extra 51.00 usd per night!

We returned from our stay at Parrot Key. We stayed off season so the facility wasn’t overly crowded. We had the opportunity to have one of the four pools to ourselves. The staff was friendly. A shoutout to Claudia, the shuttle driver, for being a wealth of knowledge. A few notes that need mentioned, the shampoos and lotions were so nice. There is a station to fill up water bottles, which is a good thing for the Keys heat. The Açaí bowl the restaurant was really delicious! It was a tasty start to the morning. Yes, we will stay again if we go to the Keys.
