The property and grounds are nice with many plants and trees giving it a nice feel. Definitely book a room with a water view or semi water view it’s worth the price. House keeping was spotty and you need to ask for it or it won’t be done. Our floors were never cleaned during our 5 day stay. The first night we were kept awake late and awakened early by children in the room above us running back and forth. The property delt with the issue by offering a credit but at check out the front desk had no notes on the issue. I needed to speak with a manager who remembered the issue and offered the credit. The four pools were very nice and maintained well. The adults only pool is a nice touch if you want some peace and quiet and distance from screaming kids. Overall it was a nice property, I would return in the future. I think the front desk staff needs to communicate with each other better.

The pools were great, but there was never any poolside service, it took forever to get drinks and food at the bar. The phone in our room didn't work to call out for room service or bell service. The floors were disgusting, my childs socks were black after a few minutes of walking around the unit. Units are outdated. Room wasn't ready at check-in, no VIP service, the drink that was included wasn't ever offered to us at check-in even though they were handing it out to everyone, so clearly not a VIP perk. My Marriott status was never acknowledged or appreciated. You are in the same parking lot as the Home Depot and CVS, which is strange. I would pick a different destination in the keys in the future.

Turn down service was questionable. We were there for seven days and not once was the room cleaned. We had to request linens, towels etc…. Personnel were very friendly. The rooms were nice. Easy and convenient. Valet for 30 dollars a day, questionable. Though valet attendants were excellent and allowable. Restaurant was expensive yet nice. However, everything is expensive.
