First Visit to Key West = AWESOME

We stayed at the Palms for our first-ever visit to Key West, and would return there again when we come back to Key West for future visits. Located in a quiet area near the center of Key West, with easy walk/bike options to reach most areas of interest within 15-30 minutes, with most all sites less than a mile from the hotel. Nice breakfast by the pool every morning (see picture). Staff were friendly and helpful when needed!

Super cute property! Our room was tiny and could use a little updating. Breakfast was served right outside our door which was great to open your door and grab coffee, but not amazing if you want to sleep in. The pool could use some attention - we were there for 3 nights and it was never cleaned. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

The pool area was wonderful and it had the vibe of key west, quiet street lovely staff and the room was absolutely perfect. Lots of light and great a/c. We were above the office with 2 beds. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I like the older properties, we are history buffs and this property had charm and was well kept. I love how the used bright colors to give it a bright warm and sunny atmosphere. We did not stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities, but enjoyed breakfast out in the pool courtyard

We loved the quaint layout of this hotel with rooms around the pool area. Our room was spacious and bright. Despite it being Spring Break and seemingly renting to a large group of college students, we were not disturbed at all by excessive noise! The included breakfast offered enough variety to give us the energy we needed to explore Key West on foot (although the hotel offered bicycles to rent). The 1 mile walk to Duval St was easy and felt safe even in the evenings. Can’t wait to return!

We were only in for a night while waiting to go aboard a friends boat for the remainder of the week. It is a quaint hotel, built in 1880. The room was on the small side, the staff were pleasant. As we are early risers we would have preferred the breakfast to be served before 8am but when it was it was ok. The room we had was on the ground floor beside the bird cage and they woke us up even earlier than we would normally wake up. Would recomment people stay back in the rooms around the pool to avoid street noise. Over all it was a nice stay.
