The pool is great, and the grounds are well-maintained. The unit is tired and needs to be updated. The furnishings, such as the sofa and bed, are dated and worn. Great location.

Wonderful location and property to explore Old Town

We had a wonderful time at the house and would definitely stay again. It's located a five minute walk from Duval Street, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found everything worked great. Communication with the managers worked very well. Check in was easy, and when we had an issue with the water (some people doing work had inadvertently turned it off), the property managers responded quickly and got it fixed while we were out enjoying the sights. They texted when it was addressed. A really comfortable and convenient place from which to explore Key West.

Nice Stay

Nice place. It's a little bungalow community of about 10 units that surround the pool. It was just down the block from a little corner gas station for some basic supplies. I think it was 3 blocks from Duval Street so worked out well for just walking about in Old Town. Parking was no issue as there are about 4 spots and not everyone had a car. The pool was larger than I thought it was from the listing and they came to tend to it daily. The unit had everything you needed and they were nice with the housewarming gifts. I like that there was an upstairs balcony to hand out on as well as the downstairs porch and a very nice area behind the unit that was well taken care of with lots of plants and nature. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

A Tranquil Getaway

Great stay at Tranquility on Olivia Street. Have stayed at this property in the past. Awesome location, close enough to walk to Duval, restaurants, beaches. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle for relaxing evenings by the pool. Staff was extremely responsive. cottage was neat, clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

Very Cute! Parking Issue. High extra fees.

Very cute house, shares in quaint little terrace and pool. Pool was clean and nice and warm! Well depicted in pictures. 4 people was tight, thankfully kids are under 10. Wouldn't recommend this for 4 adults. Also there isn't seating for 4 to eat a meal. Not even outside, only 2 chairs, so that was a disappointing. Parking was a problem, there aren't enough spaces for 1 car per unit and street parking was difficult. Very cute inside though and the pool was a lifesaver with the kids since it is >20 min walk to the beach. Final comment is that with the added fees, the advertised nightly price pretty much doubled. Overall, cute little place, but overpriced when you add in the added fees.

Wonderful week in Tranquility

Spent a wonderful week at this property. The location was perfect. The complex had a variety of buildings that allowed for individual privacy. A common pool was well maintained and perfect after a hot day. Our property was just as the pictures showed. The common areas were a bit in need of a refresh, but understanding, as this was a few weeks after IAN. Based on previous reviews, we brought our own coffee. We enjoyed the multiple decks to sit outside. The back deck however, backs up to the bar/dining on the neighboring complex. There were times when their music and conversations were louder than we would have liked, but we had options to get away from the noise. Overall, this property was perfect for our week of R&R. Highly recommend Avant for this and future rentals.

Great Location, Private and Secured Access, Private Pool

This was our third time staying in Key West. This is a well-decorated, well-maintained, small property tucked in a great location, not far from Duvall, but far enough away that Duvall noise isn't a problem. There is also an excellent pool on the premises that is shared by all of the units, but private and recently completely-overhauled, and seemed to be heated. We loved it! Like many other Key West properties, this one is short on space and even shorter on parking. We had three adults and made it work using the pull-out sofa bed. But had to put that away every morning in order to have a place to sit. The property has parking for four cars, but a lot more units than that. So... while we were able to load and unload in the parking lot area, we and other renters had to park far away from the unit and walk. Loved the decorations and privacy. But this is the first property we've stayed at that did not include a dishwasher, disposal and free in-unit laundry. This complex has a few coin-operated laundry machines on site. So, two thumbs up on the location, the decorations, and the pool. Two thumbs down on unit space, requirement to hand-wash dishes all week and scrub plates into a trash can (vs. having a dishwasher), and the inability to do a load of laundry or two (thus having to pack wet and dirty clothes, and leave dirty towels and sheets behind for someone else to clean).

Great Location

Great rental for 2 adults. We liked being able to walk everywhere. The property was cozy and secure. It was clean and decorated nicely. We arrived early and the people at the office let us keep our luggage till check in. We would rent again if we get back to Key West.

It was very very no frills. The clocks on the walls didn’t work. Not even a bottle or two of water in the fridge. Small bar Of soap. No shampoo. All for $$$$$$$/night. I know it’s high season and prices are high. And supply is low demand is hi. But attention to small details helps convey a more homey feeling

Short Stay in Paradise

We loved the location of our vacation home (Tranquility). Just far enough away from the action on Duval Street to keep it quiet, but not too far away that we couldn't walk to everything we wanted to do. Fantastic! Ed and Jennifer
