I texted more than 24 hours in advance (per the management policy) to see if we could get an early check in for $15/hour. No response. I texted back when our flight landed to Inquire again. We did get a response at that point, but it was irritating to not know if we could check in early until the 11th hour. Especially with 2 little kids.
The instructions to use the garage were incorrect. After trying for a while, I figured out how to open it thru VRBO reviews. Only to find out our small car wouldn't fit.
The TV in the living area wouldnât work. My kids get up around 6 am, and I planned to let them watch TV to buy me time to sleep in a bit. Since that wasnât an option, we were all up bright and early. I texted management the first morning to let them know. Somebody finally came out to fix it around 4:30 pm the following day. So obviously, no sleeping in that day either.
The condo was extremely hot. 81 degrees, to be exact. We turned the heat off, tried turning on the air, and eventually left the door to the patio open in attempts to cool things down. Still stayed in the 80s. Managementâs response was to crack a window. Didnât work. Couldnât sit on the balcony to cool down since both chairs were broken.
The bunk beds are horrible for kids. The railing isnât attached. It comes out and is a terrible pinch/fall hazard.
The hair dryer worked for 1 minute at a time and would shut off for a good 10 minutes. I told management. No response. Wet hair in CO is far from ideal.
