The resort was great, the staff was excellent. I am super upset about the "hidden" fees. After paying an extravagant amount for the "package" lodging, airfare,car - everything had additional charges - the airline put me and my husband in different rows even though this was booked a couple months in advance, and we had to pay additional fees to be able to sit together, then we arrived in Colorado to get the car, we were advised the car that we rented is not allowed in the mountains and we would have to upgrade to be able to drive to the mountains - which our stay was in the mountains - then we get to the resort - finally relax and enjoy the rest of the week only to check out and get a final bill of even more charges for resort fees - I feel all of this should have been informed at the time of booking with Expedia - yes I know you only asked about the resort, but I don't see another outlet to let the booking website know how disappointed I was.

The hotel was nice and it was great to have access to keystone! 4 stars because it was an incredibly long walk to get anywhere and someone kept letting their dog poop right outside our patio door (in the dog friendly portion) so we couldn’t even really sit/walk out there it was a lot lol. I imagine the elevator could take a long time during peak seasons
