We absolutely loved our stay at this property! First of all, we are very "picky" about cleanliness and this property was very clean. The large kitchen area was well stocked with plenty of dishware and cooking utensils for 8. The appliances were up-to-date and everything was in working order. The dining table could easily accomodate 8 - 10. The 3 full bathrooms were much appreciated for 3 adults, 2 teens and 2 children. The unit is located on the first floor, with easy access to the pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna and steam rooms - which were a "hit" with our kids. The view from the balcony is on the opposite side of the building from the patio/pool area, and overlooks trees as well as a small portion of the entry driveway. There was a "common" area with fireplace and table games; complimentary coffee and hot chocolate/tea were also provided there. The building conveniently provided luggage carts for easy transfer of luggage from the tuck-under free parking garage area to the rental units. The location of this unit was great, within easy walking distance to the village restaurants, shops and gondola. Being a late season winter rental, there was not enough snow for us to "ski in/ski out" - but had this been a "normal" Colorado winter, it would have been very convenient to ski in and out. As it was, it was actually very easy to walk to the gondola to access the ski slopes. This was a wonderful vacation rental that we hope to rent again in the future!

Warn out, stained, dirty

Floorplan and layout was the best thing about this unit. 20 years old and no upkeep or heat was unpleasant. We had to manage 4 space heaters to keep above 60 was ridiculous, stained carpet, ripped couch. Cobwebs, filthy fireplace glass, so much you COULD do. But dont.

Location, Location comfortable ski in - ski out condo

Amazing 2 bedroom 3 bath condo with enough room for everyone. The convenience to the Keystone Gondola is within a few minutes or you can ski out to the lift from the 2nd floor bridge to the trail. The heated driveways and walkways are fantastic and make it easy to walk to the village. The condo is very comfortable and has the amenities of home. This unit is on the first floor above the heated garage and offers steps to the driveway to Lone Eagle lodge next door and a quick walk through the trees to Keystone village. The temperature in the condo stays warm during the snowy days and a convenient gas fireplace heats the living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a washer/driyer in the condo, so makes for lighter packing and washing convenient. The dryer does need to be looked at, as the belt is squeaking very loud. The hot tub is wonderful, but needs to be maintained more frequently during the season as more guests use often. Ski Locker to house your gear is also included. Thank you for making our family spring break so memorable and we will be back next year for sure!

Enjoyed a 4 night stay with some friends. The location could not have been any better! True ski in ski out. The check in process was very easy and the host communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Perfect ski in /out

The place was very spacious, a true ski and ski out location. Just a short little walk across the pedestrian bridge of maybe 10 feet, then pop on your skis and ski down to the lift. Great location to walk to the restaurants in shopping at the base. Less than a 10 minute walk. All in all, we loved the place.

Best location for ski run access

The timbers lodge is truly ski and ski out access to the front mountain of Keystone. We loved the lobby with free hot chocolate and coffee. We also relaxed by the hot tub each evening after skiing. The unit is very large, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved Keystone mountain and this Timbers unit .

Family Ski Trip Keystone

This property was very clean and well supplied. The location was outstanding for our family. It was easy to walk out and get on the lift quickly and also to stop back by the condo for lunch or a break. If you preferred not to ski it was very easy to walk into River Run village. Our group really enjoyed this location.

Family of 4 spent 5 days here. Clean and comfortable condo. Hot tub outside by the pool was out of order intermittently. No big deal. No real major issues during our stay. Walkable to a quiet River Run and Gondola ride up mountain. Short drive to scenic lake Dillon, Loveland pass, Vail pass, downtown Frisco and Breckinridge.
