This Mariner’s Watch villa has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters, new stainless appliances and is beautifully decorated. The master closet space was redecorated in order to create a roomy bathroom with a rainwater shower experience. Built-in cabinets were added for storage in the bedroom and the living area to make room for additional luggage and clothing.

The screened porch offers a beautiful scenic, almost private wooded view, showing the direct path to the beach which is about 50 yards (3 minute walk) from this unit! (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
