Our family of 8 adults and 3 children slept comfortably at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location.
Kiawah Island is absolutely beautiful. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, you should know that Kiawah Island is exclusive, secluded, and populated with very beautiful and expensive homes and golf courses. Very much like the Hamptons of SC. There aren’t a lot of amenities on the Island itself but there are a few shops, restaurants, and a grocery store on the Island at prices you would expect for a resort location. If you need something off the island, it’s about a 30-40 minute drive.
The home was beautiful and sits on a golf course but close enough to the tee box where you didn’t have to worry about getting hit by a stray ball. The property was well equipped and is a half mile walk or bike ride from the beach. The property doesn’t have beach towels so you’ll need to bring your own. There are lots of bike paths in the island and we highly recommend renting bikes.
