Decent hotel

Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price.

Nice stay

Good price for Kigali, friendly staff that went out of their way to assist. Good location. Convenient to have Harry's restaurant on site for good food

Quiet Environment

The location is very good. However, mosquitoes are one of the negatives. The rooms have no air conditions!!

Fine if you have transport sorted.

The hotel is fine, but perhaps in need of an upgrade - it looks very modern and chic from the outside, but the interior is a little jaded. The location is a bit odd - a very clean and safe neighbourhood, but a taxi ride from anywhere you would want to visit. The staff here were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was pretty good value.

まわりに飲食店などがなくて不便でした。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切だが、レストランはおいしくないし、部屋の設備が毎日何か壊れた。まわりには飲食店が少ないので、ちょっと不便でした。シャワーの水はお湯がちゃんと出るし、部屋も清潔ではあります。

日本大使館の近く

日本大使館に最も近いホテルらしく、同じ通り沿いに他国の大使館もいくつかあり、治安環境は良かったです。 スタッフはみなさん笑顔で丁寧な対応で、気持ちよかったです。 施設はやや古めですが、別途は快適。部屋にエアコンはなく、扇風機だけでしたが、10月上旬から中旬で全く問題はありませんでした。利用した部屋は表に面していたせいか、部屋に蚊はいませんでした。蚊帳もあませんでしたし、不用でした。ただし、裏の棟の部屋に泊まった同僚は、部屋に蚊がいて、蚊帳もあったとのこと。 ベッドは快適でした。

Super pour un séjour professionnel

L'hôtel est très bien situé et très propre. Comparez à d'autres hôtels de la même classe il est moins cher. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant? Le seul bémol est l'absence de salle de fitness et de piscine.

Only for business trip

Boring, quiet location. The bathroom is old, crying for renovation. The room itself (junior suite) was large with a fantastic view. Would recommend it for a business trip.

Kan anbefales

Lille men velholdt hotel - meget rent og god service. Fine værelser med alt hvad man har brugt for. God generator til når strømmen går ud. Området har ikke så meget at byde på, og der er meget stille om aftenen. Dog har hotellet en meget lækker restaurant med stor menu til rimelige penge. Morgenmadsbuffeten er frugt, brød, og pastries, men der følger æggekok osv. med, så alt i alt meget lækker.
