Excellent location in Wailea and a well equipped condo including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. Mandy was great in helping to resolve the one issue that we encountered with the unit - very quick to respond to, and resolve, the issue.

A beautiful retreat in close proximity to the pool. We loved the location and the condo was decorated well. The kitchen had good cooking supplies to cook with. Stay For Our Honeymoon

My wife and I rented this property as we were visiting Maui for our honeymoon. This property was perfect! It was only a couple minute drive (less than a 10 minute walk) to Keawakapu beach, along with being a central location to all other activities we did. The unit was very clean and there was great communication with the host. We definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Property was amazing! It was so cute just like how the listing is. The kids really enjoyed the lanai, as did we. Condo was equipped with 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, snorkel gear, 2 bougie boards, beach toys for the kids, pack n play. It never gets old driving through Wailea the condo was still close to everything (driving wise). Your parking spot was basically right outside your front door. Which was perfect especially with the kids!

Wonderful property

Wonderful property which was fully equiped for an easy stay. Great location, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Very spacious and with a carpark right out front, this could not be better location to enjoy the local Wailea area. There is also a great pool on site. Would highly recommend, and my family who were staying in another condo on site were very envious of the modern fit out..

Peace and quiet in paradise.

The apartments are wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need including a barbecue grill. The living room with two sofas and a view of the garden was unforgettable. But the most important thing for us is the beach. Incredible sunsets. Snorkeling with turtles every day. We saw Whales jumping out of the water wow wow wow. There is no doubt that the Dowell family apartments are the right choice.

Paradise Found

Truly a spectacular property! Located on the best part of the island (IMHO) considering weather and amenities. Just close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away to be calm and serene. The condo complex is wonderful, with a great recreation area that is more than just a pool and hot tub. My wife and I spent our anniversary sunset in a tower that elevates you above the pool area enough to clearly see the entire sunset. You can see the sunset from the pool area but the tower was a great touch. The condo itself is very, very, very nice! I’ve been to Hawaii 7 times and this is by far the nicest condo I have stayed in anywhere close to this price point. A great deal on a great property. Thank you!!

Great Condo

We stayed with our 3 kids at this condo and had a great stay. The kids enjoyed throwing the football around the grassy area, pool and walks to the beach. The Host provided coffee which was such a treat in the early mornings.

We loved our stay at this modern, spacious and well-decorated condo in Wailea. Beautifully decorated and furnished condo. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. Bedding was extremely comfortable. Plenty of utensils and cookware. We ate all our meals on the lanai. Only criticism is that the lounge chairs did not have cushions. Would definitely go back!

Dishes,utensils are fabulous. All so new and well organized. Lots of great towels etc. along with lovely bedding. Comfortable living room furniture. All beach equipment brand new Had problem with TV and Mandy replaced it right away. Her handy man couldn’t be nicer Bathroom showers could us and update
