Excellent location, everything was perfect, just like the photoss!

The resort is right on the sandy beach, the grounds are beautifully kept. The property was just lovely, very well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Excellent communication, easy check in and check out. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Love the property. The kitchen was fully loaded, with knives that can cut your pineapple. If you like a low key place with a pool and beach right outside, this is your place. Pool always has spots to sit down, never had an issue in 3 years at this complex.

Superb! Central convenient location -only 20 minutes max drive from airport. Stunning views from the balcony offering unusual BOTH ocean view and valley and mountain view. Beach was not really swimmable ( was grey and murky water in October, maybe it’s different during other time of the year) and definitely not for snorkeling. However, very easy and short drive to the best swimming and snorkeling spots. Dina’s Sandwich (hot meal and drinks) open till 10pm, located practically on the “ground floor “ and meal “take out” time always took only 10 minutes max. This convenience alone should add a star. Kitchen was fully equipped but I chose to only cook eggs in the morning and then was gone exploring until late evening. The condo was very clean, welcoming and cozy. It had absolutely everything you would ever need from laundry to beach chairs. This complex is basically a retirement community - everyone seems to be 70+. So for once, no screaming kids and drunk teenagers at the pool or hot tub; peace and quiet! Host is a great communicator and super quick in responses. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

The ocean view is even better than you see in pictures! It was just my husband and myself and it was the perfect location and condo for us. Super clean when we arrived! We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning listening to the waves crash against the shore. We love it’s right on one of the best beaches. Communication with Megan was super easy! We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Generally great, place was being power washed and painted on the exterior, made for a noisier environment than I am sure exists otherwise. Condo was thoughtfully equipped with essential items and with additional beach stuff helpful. good location and great pool facility. Thanks for the opportunity to share your beach space. I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay at SB 504 was. Megan was an absolutely amazing host. This was our first trip to Maui, and it was perfect. Easy navigating Kihei from the location if you are wanting to explore. Megan also provided a great list of places to check out while we were in town. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic spot. Nothing but positive to say with this stay. Host had everything and more we could’ve needed. Home was sparking clean and the view was Beautiful! The crowd at pool and hottub were all pleasant to be around. We especially enjoyed walking the beach at night which was a 30 second walk from the condo.

My mom had a great time

Booked this for my mom. She says:My best friend and I came to Maui to celebrate our birthdays together. We stayed in this condo at the Sugar Beach Resort and it was absolutely perfect! It’s a beautiful condo, very clean and had everything that we could possibly need or want. There was a basket of fresh fruit on the dining table along with a welcome note! The bathroom had a cabinet with clean towels and washcloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner, sunscreen, aloe, and an assortment of several other items that might be needed. There was an empty dresser to put our clothes in, and a closet with lots of hangers. Also, in the closet were two sand chairs, two large backpacks, and four boogie boards. The bed was very comfortable.The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. There was even a cabinet full of containers for leftovers. They put a few different beverages in the refrigerator, which was very much appreciated. The balcony had a table with chairs and a clothes rack with clothespins for hanging wet bathing suits. The view was amazing, and we saw many beautiful sunsets. We spent several hours talking, looking at the view, and listening to the ocean. The resort was beautiful and well taken care of. The location seemed perfect; close to many restaurants, shops, and other beaches.We highly recommend this condo and Sugar Beach Resort. We had the best place to stay and an incredible week in Maui. I will definitely stay here again
