Spacious laid back and well established holiday condos on luscious well manicured grounds. The pool area had a shaded outdoor kitchen, dining tables and chairs, a vending machine for drinks and five large very well maintained BBQ grills complete with grilling utensils for guest use. The mini golf area and shuffleboard next to the pool were cute and convenient. The property had 2 tennis courts and 8 (yes, 8) pickled ball courts which looked new and were overwhelmingly popular. The Waipuilani Park, convenient for lawn games and gatherings, was adjacent to the property and opened up to the beach.The condos at this well established property vary by size as well as renovation. We had C201, a 2Br 2Ba with pool and partial ocean view. The balcony was expansive and the view of the grounds were lovely. The unit itself had a tropical themed decor, had everything we needed and everything worked. However, the unit itself and the furnishings were noticeably dated. We felt that the online photos did not represent the ambiance of the actual unit. I would recommend carefully reviewing online photos and perhaps asking for recent photo updates.
