Unit was prepared for our arrival and amenities were good.Only reason not providing a 5 star rating is on the day of our arrival and entering the unit there was a not posted on the door of a potential flood warning that would have shut down the parking lot and road to this unit and we were not made aware of this prior to arrival. The ban was justed lifted hours before we arrived.

The furniture both in and out is worn. If you are only using it for sleeping it’s great if you are like us and want to sit outside or inside later at night you will need to use pillows to make the furniture comfortable

Beautiful location, easy parking, nice walkable shops across the street. Quiet at night. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer were an added convenience. Great stay, I would recommend this unit to my friends.

Stunning view!

From the moment you walk in, you are captivated by the ocean front view. The apartment is spacious with everything you could possibly need or want. The balcony is big and overlooks the beach, which is a beautiful walk. Swaying palms, waves and convenient to everything. We will be back.

Breathe taking view!

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing!! The condo was very clean making it nice to come and enjoy! Perfect location almost like your own private beach. Shave ice, bakery, farmers market and ABC store across the street, all you could need just a few steps away. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!!!

Don’t Rent This Condo!

I don’t want you to rent it so it’s available for us the next time we visit! This is the first time we’ve stayed on this side of the island due to the fires. We’ve always stayed on the West side of the island over the last 25 years. This condo is very nicely decorated and VERY WELL supplied. It’s very centrally located and easy to get anywhere rather quickly. The Sugar Beach Bakery is right across the street to get coffee or morning treats too. The ABC Store is convenient if you need to grab something you forgot or need and don’t want to drive. The Lanai is fantastic for evening sunsets and very private. A view of which you’ll never get tired. It’s on the top floor (6th) so you have a very good vantage point. Lots of beach out front for your morning and evening walks, or just to go for a swim. We are pretty picky about the places we stay and we REALLY enjoyed this unit. So again, please do not rent this unit so it’s available for us again soon! I can’t really think of any down sides. We unfortunately had roof workers repairing the roof of our condo our entire trip which was inconvenient, but not the condo’s fault. We got to know the workers pretty well and they were all nice guys. When you come you’ll have a nice new roof above you!

Million dollar view from a remarkable property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious for two though could be a little tight for four using the pull out sofa. The property managers were extraordinarily responsive to our one issue. We don't expect perfection but they tried really hard to provide it. You can choose this property with confidence knowing both it and the people behind it will leave you pleased with having done so.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying on this property – having the shave ice place and bakery right across the street was a bonus! We felt centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Walking along Sugar Beach was absolutely wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was air conditioned and cool when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo unit and responsive management company

We spent 2 weeks in this unit and it has a lot going for it. The ocean views are lovely, there is very easy access to the beach, and it is in a convenient location. Having a bakery, a farmers market stand, and an ABC store across the road is a nice bonus. The complex is relatively small and quiet. The complex/pool is a little dated, but the unit itself is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The bed is comfortable as is the furniture. We did have some issues with the unit while we were there, but the management team dealt with them as efficiently as possible and we were satisfied by how they handled things, and how it was resolved. Sometimes issues arise, but it how they are dealt with that really make the difference. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others who are planning a stay in Kihei. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected emergency at home that required that we leave 2 days earlier than expected, and at the last minute. We were disappointed to not be able to spend those last 2 days enjoying our time there.

Beautiful ocean view

Nice size building. Great ocean views. Comfortable condo. Somewhat hard to connect with property manager. Tried several times for a unit leak. Turned off water a few times with no notice. Would be nice to have cleaning at least once with long stays, as limited cleaning supplies on site. Grounds clean daily. Loved the view and easy beach access. Would definitely rent at this location again.

Our condo building was flooded with a massive mud flow halfway trough our 9 day stay. We couldn’t leave the building for the last half of our stay and had to ration the limited amount of food we had since we had planned on dining out most of our meals. Fortunately they got the parking lot and streets cleared enough of the mud that we could finally and get to the airport to make our flight. Our main complaint is not once did we hear anything from the Condo owners as to our safety or needs or even the condition of the unit.

Awesome Property and Location

This property made it an awesome stay in Kihei. The condo unit was extra clean and beautiful as advertised. We had a few bags on this trip and the location of this condo made easy to drop off and re-load. It was warm all week and the AC made it very comfortable. The communication with the owner of this property was great. He answered all questions promptly and made sure our stay was perfect. The location of this property was near the beginning Kihei beach which we walked every morning. The beach front views and sunsets were just awesome and the best part that it was across the street from Ululani Shaved Ice. This property is super quiet and the amenities in every room is all you could ask for and more. The elevators that we used everyday to / from the property was okay, it only had one elevator. The parking outside was free and easy; tight spaces at times. The only down of this property is that when the wind kicks up in afternoon it gets a little rough on the balcony. All said and done ... a 5 star stay. Thanks Todd!

Perfect Stay on Maui

My wife and I booked this unit for 8 days and we’re so impressed with the unit! Not only was it clean and super comfortable to call home for 8 days, but it’s also in a great location on the island with TONS of things right within a short 10-15 minute drive. We visited almost every town on the island and definitely loved the spot this unit is in (Kihei). You get a spectacular view of the ocean from your balcony and tons of private spaces to enjoy the ocean and sun! The property management is also great with communication and was excellent in helping us have a great stay. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maui!
