We so enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of Kihei. Wish we could have stayed longer as the weather the last week of Feb was rainy and/or VERY windy until the day we checked out :-( We got to see a mama whale and baby swim the length of the beach on our last morning..... was thankful to a young boy on ground that called out to his sister! If we ever make it back to Maui, we will check for availability.We loved our stay at the condo; complex was clean, quiet, never got into pool as it was too chilly. Improvements: Sharp Knives that will cut anything :-oall we could find was dinner knife so were fortunate we didn't bring in fresh fruit to cut; bed is very soft, so our backs were sore. King size would be way nicer, too!Check in / out was super easy - would certainly recommend to friends wanting peaceful trip.

Amazing unit for a 3 month stay in Paradise. Incredible view of Kaho’Olawe and Molikini. Loved the pool and Dina’s bar on site. We will be back!

Right next to the ocean

While the condo itself is a bit dated compared to others we have stayed at, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of room for 2 people (with golf bags) for one week, and convenient location. We kept the patio doors open in the morning before it got too hot and enjoyed the sound of the waves. My only complaint were that the neighbors below were outside almost every night around dinner time and they were so loud (not sure if they were renters or owners). Would not prevent me from staying here again!

Perfect location

Our 5 night stay in Maui was at the perfect location . This was centrally located between many outings and activities in Maui . There are many restaurants and shops near by . The condo was clean , well stocked with kitchen items , beach towels , beach chairs , etc . The view of the ocean was gorgeous . We enjoyed sitting on the patio just watching the beach below . We will stay here again on our next trip back to Hawaii !

Terrific Stay!

Our stay at Sugar Beach was tremendous! Our unit was clean, accessible, and the communication was great. The location on the island was ideal for easily being able to access every area of Maui. The amenities were excellent, the pool area was clean and spacious, and the access to the beach was wonderful! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

As Advertised!

This is a very nice property. The photos were “as advertised”. The check in and out was flawless. The property was very clean. Everything worked. You could throw a rock underhanded and land in the surf from the lanai. Barbecue area was well cared for and clean. Miles and miles of “sugar” sand beach to walk. Wonderful vacation. Thank you for such a perfect spot!

Fantastic Location

This property is well kept up, has a fantastic view and is located to easily get to everything on the island. The beach is not crowed with people, giving it a nice restful feeling. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or outside grilling at the shared grills. Checking in was simple and quick. The late checkout option was great considering that we had a 6 pm flight. We we return we will stay here again!

Paradise on the beach!

Amazing condo, beautifully decorated, all the necessities provided. But best is THE VIEW right on the water! Amazing ocean sights, sound of waves. Our lanai was our favorite spot for am coffee & evening cocktails while watching the amazing sunsets. Tons of whales sighted breaching. Nice narrow beach for walking, nice pool. Friendly folks too. Condo was so peaceful with a great ocean view. Close to pool and beach access. Easy walk to fresh malasadas (Sugar Beach Bakery) in the morning. Main highway is close by for easy access to other shops, restaurants and activities.

It was close access to all the things we wanted to see, the beach and sunsets were great and walking distance to a bakery with the best banana streusel cake ever!
