PROCHE VILLA à la piscine. À couper le souffle est le meilleur mot pour décrire notre nouveau condominium maison de luxe de style au Ho'olei situé dans la belle Wailea sous le soleil, rive sud-ouest. Ho'olei est le rêve ultime maison au paradis!

Notre maison est le modèle de plancher plus grand, l'Hibiscus (3301 pieds carrés), laissant de l'espace pour une salle à manger intérieure, ainsi que d'une véranda 686 pieds carrés pour se divertir ou se détendre. Notre maison a une cour semi-privé et sécurisé ajoutant simplement plus d'espace pour répondre à tous vos besoins de la famille. Trois chambres privées et des salles de bains (en suites), ainsi que d'un bain de poudre donnent à la maison un sentiment d'espace personnel. La maison a des plafonds voûtés, armoires italien personnalisé et appareils mis à niveau dans la cuisine, une baignoire profonde dans la salle de bains principale, et un, un garage sécurisé ci-joint.

Nos maisons ne sont pas affiliés avec les piscines Grand Wailea. Ho’olei possède une piscine 5 étoiles moins fréquentée avec une plage pour bébés, une cascade de 19 pieds, une grotte de nage, deux bains à remous, un sauna pour hommes et une femme et de magnifiques vestiaires avec douches, le tout entouré d’un environnement luxuriant.

Great stay for a family vacation

Our extended family really enjoyed this condo. It is spacious for a large group. The location is very convenient to walk to the amenities -especially the beautiful pool area.It is also easy to drive to other areas of Maui.The property manager is very helpful- we enjoyed a number of the restaurant recommendations.We would love to return- thanks to all for making it a special stay.

Awesome stay! Very accommodating with everything you need in the kitchen! Great for family gatherings. Close to pool and beach! Beach gear to accommodate days on the sand! Definitely would stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were especially grateful for the attentiveness of the property manager with some of the questions we had after we arrived. Additionally, when my wife left her ring by accident, the cleaning staff located it right away and had it sent back. Seriously - 5/5. I can't think of any way our stay could have been better! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and resorts - a light walk and we were enjoying the beauty of the Maui coast or enjoying some evening drinks at one of the resorts. A short drive away from some wonderful snorkeling spots. I could go on and on!

February get away

The unit was beautiful and it was exactly has advertised on the website. The photos accurately showed the unit, the pool and anemities. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the lanai, the pool and the close proximity to the pool. We all agreed that it was the nicest place we had ever stayed in. There were a few minor things in the unit that were broken or not working well. I emailed Derek and he replied immediately thanking me for letting him know. We asked that no one come in to do repairs during our stay and it was honoured. Text messages to the building manager were answered immediately. That was really nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it

Love Ho'olei!!

We've stayed in different villas within Ho'olei and none of them have disappointed. They're wonderful places to stay, this particular unit suited us well because it had 4 bedrooms which was great! My only real complaints were one major and one minor: 1. The price - this isn't a fault of this particular unit or owner or anything, Maui has just gotten completely out of hand with the cost of everything - property, rent, groceries, gas, everything! 2. Couldn't find a can opener. :) Another note from our experience in Maui - Wailea and Ho'olei are awesome. However, once we left the area there was quite a lot of hostility towards tourists. There seems to be a division we felt between the locals who want/need tourism and those that do not. Unfortunately the tourists themselves are caught in the middle and it can be a rather uncomfortable experience (Tourists Not Wanted signs and things like that). We had a park ranger say that some rental vehicles are being vandalized if they are left in the "wrong" area and we were cautioned several times about areas to avoid. A final example to illustrate, we went to Twin Falls and when we arrived, there were two pick up trucks parked diagonally and a man sitting on a bucket staring down any tourists who slowed down or parked to view the falls. There aren't many spots to begin with and this person was intentionally blocking about half of them. That's the kind of awkward and uncomfortable vibe we had. Just a note to those planning.

Great Location with plenty of space

Our family of 6 adults loved the location! Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and quite large. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend it.

Perfect in every way!

It’s a unanimous ‘perfection’ from all 5 adults and our 9-year old! Beds were a great firmness. Plenty of space to be together and apart. Bedrooms all good sized. Kitchen equipped really well with plenty of cooking pans, dishes and cutlery. Eric was immediately responsive when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. Themes in all the rooms show a caring homeowner notices even small things. We would stay here again!

My family, friends and i had a great time. The house provided us so much space for 8 adults. We loved cooking and eating in the outside patio. Communication with Eric was easy and prompt. He gave us detailed information and was very responsive. Everything that you need is in the house and the availability of beach items were also greatly appreciated. The condo was the perfect location in the property! Closest to the pool and beach! My kids and grandparents love the location. It has all the amenities you need. Beautiful home!!

This home exceeded our expectations. It had enough space for our family to have some privacy but the common spaces were so beautiful that it allowed us to enjoy each other’s company. The sliding doors to the lanai meant that it became part of the living space. We could walk to the beach and shopping. We were all enjoyed our time here!

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

Enjoyed our stay at Ho'olei Villas. The location was superb! Super clean, squeaky clean windows and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could imagine including bar ware. The Villa itself was very spacious for the eight adults that stayed there. Ample towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The lanai was an added perk! A short stroll to Wailea Beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Great family getaway

We have been to Maui yearly for almost 12 years. Our adult children and their spouses have never visited our truly relaxing vacation place. It was a joy to include them in our trip this year. The house fulfilled all our needs and was perfect for all of us to enjoy our family time in paradise.

Infested with aunts

This is a late review, but the experience is still bothering me. We stayed with our 4 kids for 3 nights after travelling to the other Hawaïen Islands for 2 weeks. The location is great, the house is nice, although the walk to the beach was further than expected. I would have rated the place 5 stars if it was not for the aunts. It was impossible to enjoy our stay with all the aunts. We were offered to be moved to another place the day before our departure, however it was already too late. They should fumigate this place monthly. I don't understand how they can rent a place in this condition. I noticed afterwards, after reading the reviews, that we were not the only ones to complain about the aunt problem.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was everything it was advertised to be and spacious enough for 8. We loved the convenience of having all the beach items. The kitchen was also well stocked. The host/property manager was available, if needed. We would 100% recommend this property and hope to return.

Grand Wailea Villa

This unit has a convenient location very close to the pool and you avoid going up and down the steep hills in the neighborhood to get to it. The negative is that because of this, there is no view, which some of the other units have. The pool is very nice and no fighting for beach chairs, yay. The kitchen in the unit is nice and fairly updated. The bathrooms felt dated to me (2000s feeling) and could use a refresh, in my opinion. I was not a fan of the linens in this unit - cheap-feeling Target sheets and comforters instead of Duvets with a cover that can be washed. Comforters always gross me out, although they did appear clean. The bath towels are the thin/scratchy variety and we were only provided 8 bath towels for a one-week stay in a 4 bedroom unit. When I requested more, I got a bit of a passive-aggressive response but a few more towels were ultimately dropped off a day or two later. Be aware that this unit does not give you access to the pools at the Grand Wailea (my kids tried and were kicked out). All in all, a nice unit, but not fantastic.

Paradise!

Beautiful property on a beautiful island! Fantastic location to get to all of the beaches in the Wailea area. This is an extremely well-kept, high end property. We wanted for nothing. The process was extremely simple and streamlined. We’ll be back!
