Fantastic Location!!!

The location of this property is absolutely fantastic as it is directly across from a great beach for swimming and relaxing! There is also a very friendly great food restaurant two doors down called Fred’s to which is open air seating looking onto the ocean. The suite was very clean and very comfortable with the height of bed, allowing for comfortable sleeps for my two teenage daughters. The kitchen is quite large and great for cooking with an array of Tupperware that is convenient for taking to the beach. The cooler that is available is quite large and would not fit in our vehicle but is a very high quality so rolling to the beach would be great, but if you are driving somewhere else, I would recommend bringing a small cooler with you. The Wi-Fi was quite spotty and not working for us most of the time, but in fairness, we felt like the Internet in the general area of Kihei was spotty. We made the manager aware, and they were very understanding and accommodating to look into a fix for future guests. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Kihei.

Better Than the Pictures

This property exceeded our expectations! The photos and description don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and well-equipped in person. The condo was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen supplies and entertainment. The entire property was lovely, and our kids especially enjoyed swimming in the pool every night. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly office staff, and we loved the guided walking tour of the property’s plants and trees. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome condo in Keheu

Our family stayed at this well appointed condo over Christmas and New Years. The condo is super clean and has everything we needed. We loved that they provided beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon. Was nice not to have to worry about bringing anything. The condo is beautifully decorated and a quick walk to Kamaole Beach 2 which is a great beach. We loved our time there and would love to visit again.

Family Vacation

Couch has a pull out and there is a queen bed in the bedroom. It was perfect and enough room for us 4. The bed is so comfy! Everything you need for the short walk to the beach is provided. No issues with the condo. Easy check-in and it had everything we needed in it. Very clean upon check in too!

Best stay ever and perfect introduction to Hawaii

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We have a 5 and 1 year old and both felt so relaxed and calm in this space. It was super baby friendly, and even equipped with a pack and play and clean sheets. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch and was very comfortable. Clean! Everything was so immaculately clean! We really appreciated that aspect. It was also so well equipped with everything we needed, including beach umbrellas, beach towels, extra towels and sheets, etc. The lanai was also very clean and I felt very comfortable eating out there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. All the plates, utensils and tools were new. All the furniture were new too. The location was within walking distancing of Kam II beach (other beaches were not too far away) where we watched the sunset. It is very centrally located and perfect place for our daily outings. We also got to enjoy the pool! One of our best stays and perfect place to spend time with the family.

Wonderful Condo

Had a great trip to Maui staying in Kihei Akahi D108! As advertised, the condo was fully equipped for four people, providing four beach chairs, all the beach gear and a very handy wagon, as well as plenty of beach towels and unit towels. The kitchen and bathroom were both nicely stocked with all the essentials. Having A/C in the main area and bedroom kept the unit very comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive to questions, and addressed all of our requests. They even had the hide a bed made up for us upon our arrival in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben ein verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende auf Maui verbracht - unser erster Aufenthalt ĂŒberhaupt in Hawaii und ein wirkliches Highlight von unserer Bucket List. Da uns die hiesigen Hotelresorts in Wailea zu teuer waren und wir ohnehin keine Fans von diesen riesigen "Bettenburgen" sind, haben wir uns fĂŒr ein Appartment in Kihei entschieden. Das Appartment ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und modern ausgestattet und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Der GebĂ€udekomplex selbst ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafĂŒr ist die Lage direkt am Strand hervorragend. Praktisch auch, dass Beachchairs, Sonnenschirm und StandhandtĂŒcher vorhanden waren. Die Kommunikation ĂŒber e-mail und SMS war sehr gut und wir fĂŒhlten und von Beginn an sehr gut informiert wie wir unseren Check-in und check-out organisieren sollten. Es sollten allerdings auch alle Mieter diese SMS (z.B. ĂŒber die To Do's vor dem check-out (StrandhandtĂŒcher waschen, Betten ungemacht hinterlassen, HandtĂŒcher in den WĂ€schekorb) lesen, so glaube ich nicht, das unsere Vormieter auch tatsĂ€chlich die Betten unbezogen hinterlassen haben (sie rochen abends als wir uns ins Bett legten irgendwie nicht frisch gewaschen, sondern nach "Mensch") oder dass die Reinigungskraft ĂŒberprĂŒft hat, dass die Betten frisch bezogen werden. Wir haben vor der zweiten Nacht jedenfalls die BettwĂ€sche einmal in der Waschmaschine frisch gewaschen und die Betten neu bezogen. Daher auch der Punktabzug zur Sauberkeit.

We Love Kihei!

This was our first time booking through Vrbo and we were so glad that we did! The condo was beautiful and well equipped. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and Kamaole II was the perfect beach for swimming. Keawakapu Beach is a 5 minute ride and great for snorkeling or taking a SUP lesson with the Surf Shack. We walked to the Cinnamon Roll Place for breakfast (a must!) and checked out 508 Deli for lunch. There are many restaurants, shops and a grocery store nearby. We loved Kihei and can't wait for our next stay!

The condo was nice and clean. Having a cooler and beach chairs and towels was great. I would suggest having a few more basic spices (salt, pepper, etc) for cooking would be a nice addition.

Really great condo, really great location

We were really happy with our stay here. The place is so very close to the beach. The place was clean and comfortable and all the amenities it listed were there for us to use. We really hope this space is available next time we come to Maui.
