Ideally situated in a quiet corner along the northern edge of the resort, Wailea Elua Village 707 is just a short stroll to the beachfront pavilion with swimming pool. This vacation rental in the heart of Wailea offers guests a comfortable and upgraded home which includes a spacious outdoor living area complete with cushioned furniture, two loungers, your own personal barbecue grill and a table for outdoor dining.

Perched on the second floor, this elevated condo has great views of the tropical grounds, blooming Bougainvillea, and dramatic blue ocean from both the living area and lanai.

Off the front entry, which separates the living area from the bedrooms, three steps lead down to an open concept floorplan allowing guests to mingle while preparing meals, watching the large flat screen TV, or sitting at the dining table. Two sets of sliding doors invite the balmy breezes to fill the home and new carpeting and furniture have refreshed this condo into an ideal island retreat.

The private primary suite at the end of the hallway features a king size bed and flat screen TV. The en suite bath is conveniently separated into two rooms, with a double vanity sink area separate from the beautifully tiled shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds that can be bridged into a king size bed upon request.
